It's good to see that Ahri raised him to be wary of strangers. The other dragon could learn something from that. He kept his hand until Ukiyo came close enough to place his tiny hand in Dahei's. How adorable.

Dahei gently shook Ukiyo's hand. Hello, nice to meet you.

"Do you want me to take you there? You can lead the way."

Despite being a rather burly man, Dahei's voice was soft and gentle to the dragonling. Clearly the voice of someone who has had some experience with children before.

"You're a good kid. I bet aunty takes good care of you and teaches you lots of lessons. Do you want to tell me some of those?"

He continued to stare at their hands, tail swishing back and forth with apprehension. Sure this man wasn't doing anything to him but his Auntee did tell him to be careful of other humans. Some were bad, some were good and they were all different.

"Auntee say people bad and good... I pick if what they do make them bad or good..."

He gently tugged the other, little claws digging into Dahei's palm in an attempt to keep his own grip on the other's much larger hand.

"Auntee say humans... uh... humans like pickle.. I 'unno what pickle mean but thats what Auntee say."

Furret will aid in finding clothes! Furret is good at finding things! Furret proceeds to find random pieces of clothing that in no way match, but Furret did find clothes!

"Aw, thanks little buddy. These look perfect. Might tweak them a little bit, but so far so good. Uncle Dahei will leave some berries for you."

Jung Daehyun Scenario: Spoling his daughter

A/N: Well hello! I finally have a new scenario. And I agree with you dear Anon, Daehyun will totally spoil his daughter and I can picture it all. So anyway, I hope you enjoy this.

You were in panic.

You were supposed to be off work so you could spend time with your daughter, Dahey but there was an emergency at work. You felt awful as you rushed around the house grabbing things. Your 2 year old daughter watched you from her chair with a pout on her face.

She didn’t want you to leave and you apologized over and over to her. You promised to buy her something good but she refused to speak to you.

“I’m sorry, sweetie”, you say but your daughter refuses to even look at you.

“Daddy will take care of you until I get home. And then we can go out for dinner tonight”, you try to appeal to her.

Her eyes light up at the mention of her dad. You hated to admit it but your daughter was a daddy’s girl. She would bend backwards for her dad. You couldn’t blame her though, he was charming. His charms were the reason you were here, married to him and with a daughter who might actually love him more than you.

She finally agrees but she is still pouting as she watches you leave. It breaks your heart to see her upset but you must go. You would have to trust Daehyun today. You weren’t sure about this to be honest. Daehyun has a weirdly satisfied smile on his face as he sees you off with Dahey in his arms.

As you get out of view Daehyun looks at your daughter and gives her a smile.

“So what would you like to do today, my dear?”

“Can we go for ice cream?” she asks with the most innocent look on her face.

At this point, Daehyun had an internal conflict. He knew about your rule about ice creams and sweet treats. They were only allowed after dinner. The first thing in the morning was definitely a no, no in your book. Daehyun knew you would be mad if the two of them were found breaking your rules but his daughter stared up at him with the cutest puppy dog eyes.

“Of course we can!”

“Yay! Daddy you are the best!” Dahey says as she hugs Daehyun.

He was in trouble when you get home but he was a sucker for his daughter’s puppy dog eyes. No wonder she was a daddy’s girl.

“Let’s go daddy!” she says excited.

“Sure, honey but let’s go get ready first”, Daehyun says as he takes her back inside the house.

“OK!”

Daehyun lets her down from her arms and she runs to her room, feeling super excited. She gets her coat out and her little socks. She comes running back to Daehyun with her items and Daehyun can’t help but smile. He then helps her put her coat and her socks on. Daehyun grabs the keys and his own jacket before helping Dahey put her shoes on. He puts his own shoes on before holding her hand and leading her out the door.

They walk to the ice-cream parlour hand in hand. Dahey is singing songs loudly as they walk down the street. She is singing one of Daehyun’s song and it makes him laugh.

By the time they are done at the ice-cream parlour, Dahey was covered in ice cream but Daehyun had no regrets. She looked happy despite the mess and Daehyun couldn’t help but feel happy looking at little Dahey. And so for the rest of the day Daehyun let Dahey do as she pleased. He spoiled her the entire day. After the ice cream parlour, they went to the toy store and Daehyun almost, almost bought the entire toy store but the thought of your rage stopped him and Dahey ended up settling in on one thing, one very expensive thing but it was better than buying one of everything.

She happily holds her new toy as they walk back to the house. She then declares she wants lunch and that she would like spaghetti.

The mess was worse than the ice cream. There was cooked spaghetti everywhere and Dahey was covered in tomato sauce. Even Daehyun had some tomato sauce on his face and there were small handprints all over the kitchen.

Daehyun felt exhausted. How did you do this? But Dahey wanted to play games now. Daehyun couldn’t deny her as they start playing house together. He is assigned a little pink unicorn. They end up playing for hours and finally it ends with a tea party.

Dahey starts getting sleepy after the tea party is finished. Daehyun takes her in for a warm bath, which helps her relax. Daehyun smiles while bathing her. She looked so peaceful.

After he is done bathing her, he tucks her in bed and smiles while stroking her hair. He has done this with you many times, watching you sleep peacefully while he runs his hands through your hair. He feels happy that he can do this for your daughter too.

You are tired when you get home and didn’t have the energy to go out to eat with Daehyun and Dahey so you bought some take out and cheesecake. But the house is quiet when you get back. It is a surprise as Daehyun has always been loud and Dahey was a lot like her dad.

You look around the house and it’s spotless, it’s almost just as you left it. Almost. You can see a packet of spaghetti out on the counter and Dahey’s little pink unicorn still left out on the living room floor. You then go to Dahey’s room and the scene in her room makes you freeze.

Dahey was in bed asleep while Daehyun was also asleep in the chair right next to her bed while holding Dahey’s hand. It makes you smile and before you know it you have your phone out and you are taking pictures.

“JUNG DAEHYUN!”

"Don't be scared little one. My name's Dahei."

He holds out his hand, waiting patiently for Ukiyo to do something. Even if the child would stay still, he would hold it for a while so Ukiyo would know he meant no harm.

"I am here because I promised someone I would take good care of you. Do you remember where aunty lives?"

He stares at the man, jumping back when he stuck his hand out. Ukiyo takes a small step forward and then another, slowly approaching the other. He drops his tail, placing his hand in Dahei's.

"Dahee... Auntee live in forest."
