just calculated that it'd take approximately 31 standard 4.7GB dvd's to hold the entirety of JRWI riptide so far at 720p. do with this information what you will

#this is assuming each hour of video ends up on the lower end of file size #and that the numbers i got were actually correct and i didnt just trust misinformation on the internet lmao #also would probably wind up being more if you dont split up episodes to maximise each dvd's capacity #very rough calculation anyway #im quite tired so i may have goofed up a bit #anyway lmk if you get that shit on dvds lmaoooo id love to see that. or any campaign for that matter #jrwi #jrwi riptide

WIP. Man I felt really bad cutting up the Stampede clips so I tried to keep the stellar animation as intact as possible... it kinda goes against my editing style but I tried my best. This isn't an april fool's prank.

Any longtime Animaniacs fans here remember that long gap between 2007-2013 where we just waited for Warner Bros to release the remainder of the series (volume 4) on DVD?

#they released vol. 1 and 2 in 2006 #and then vol. 3 in early 2007 #so you’d think they would release vol. 4 by the end of that year right?#nope had to wait 6 years for it #they released it quietly in early 2013 #i was happy at the time to finally have the entire series #but it was still frustrating #this was a couple years before the complete series set came out mind you #tiny toon adventures went through a similar dvd release #season 1 was split into 2 volumes and released around 2008-2009 #but the rest of the series didn’t get released until 2013 #animaniacs #dvds #physical media

it's so funny how I'll go months and months without ordering anything online and then I'll blink and I have 5 things coming in the mail

#my trainspotting dvd for starters which should come this week #and i ordered pecker on dvd cause besides cry baby its one of the only John waters movies we didnt own already #and then bf ordered a hip brace for his sciatica #i ordered house of leaves #and we split the cost of an air fryer hehehehehe #which was silly but it cost us $100 and we saved $130!!!!!!

Going to watch through everything on my DVR and see if I can rip a few things I have been keeping on it just for reference. This might be the thing that kicks me to finally drop having traditional TV.

#i split the disney bundle and netflix with someone already #and half the time i watch old bbc shows for free #and i have my mother's prime on my tablet #and gobs and gobs of dvds and blu rays #im in a down swing for sports interest anyways #and that is the main reason i have stuck with traditional TV

There was a group of angels at the bar tonight. Super intense vibe, but they kept to themselves and didn't disturb the other patrons, except for one point when they all suddenly burst into cheers and ordered a round for the bar. I asked what they were celebrating. They told me that for a split second all of the air molecules bounced petfectly into one corner of the room. It's like their version of the dvd screensaver.
