منافسة بين «نارى» و«تى إس كى» على محطة شمسية فى «كوم أمبو»

المشروع ممول من «الفرنسية للتنمية» بقيمة 40 مليون يورو

  تتنافس شركتا «نارى» الصينية و«تى إس كى» الإسبانية على المناقصة التى طرحتها هيئة الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة لإنشاء محطة طاقة شمسية فى كوم أمبو بأسوان بقدرة 26 ميجاوات.

وقالت مصادر بالهيئة لـ«البورصة»، إن الشركتين قدمتا خطاب ضمان المناقصة وقيمته 500 ألف يورو لكل منهما، بينما لم تتقدم 3 شركات أخرى مؤهلة فى مناقصة سابقة الخبرة بخطابات الضمان وتضم «شنغهاى إليكتريك» و«تبيا» و«ستيرلنج وولسون».

وأضافت المصادر، أن شركة «تبيا» الصينية تأخرت يومين عن الموعد المحدد لإيداع قيمة خطابات الضمان، وطلبت من الهيئة السماح لها بتقديمه بعد مرور 3 أيام من الموعد ولكن الهيئة رفضت.

ولم تفصح شركتا «شنغهاى اليكتريك» و«ستيرلنج وولسون» عن أسباب عدم تقدمهما بخطابات الضمان للمناقصة، وإن كانت المؤشرات تؤكد عدم مشاركتهما بسبب ارتباطهما بعدد كبير من المشروعات فى الفترة الأخيرة.

وأضافت المصادر، أن الهيئة تعاقدت مع التحالف الاستشارى DNV KEMA and ERCC لإعداد دراسة الجدوى الفنية والاقتصادية ودراسة تقييم التأثيرات البيئية والاجتماعية للمشروع.

وأشارت إلى أن الوكالة الفرنسية للتنمية تقدم قرضاً يصل إلى 40 مليون يورو، لتمويل إنشاء المحطة طاقة شمسية، وتبدأ الشركة الفائزة فى تنفيذ المشروع خلال الربع الأول من العام المقبل.

ويتضمن التمويل تأهيل البنية التحتية وعقد لتشغيل وصيانة المحطة لمدة ثلاث سنوات، وبرنامج تدريب لموظفى هيئة تنمية واستخدام الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة، والتى تتولى تنفيذ المشروع.

ويتكون المشروع من مجموعة خلايا الفوتوفولطية تحول الضوء الشمسى إلى تيار مباشر، والعواكس الكهربية (Inverters)، التى تحول التيار المباشر إلى تيار متردد والمحولات وخطوط النقل الخاصة بربط المحطة على الشبكة القومية.

وكانت 33 شركة محلية وعالمية اشترت كراسة شروط المناقصة وأبدت رغبتها فى تنفيذ المشروع من ضمنها «جينرال دو سولير» الفرنسية، و«إى إف إيه سى» البرتغالية، و«كومبليت إنيرجى سوليوشن» المصرية، و«أوراسكوم للإنشاءات» المصرية، وتحالف «نصر سولار» المصرى الألمانى.

«الجديدة والمتجددة» تزيد قدرات مناقصة «كوم أمبو» الشمسية لـ26 ميجاوات

مصادر: «الوكالة الفرنسية للتنمية» رفعت قيمة التمويل المخصص للمشروع

  قررت هيئة الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة زيادة قدرات المناقصة التى طرحتها لإنشاء محطة طاقة شمسية فى كوم أمبو بأسوان بنحو 6 ميجاوات لتصبح 26 ميجاوات بدلاً من 20 ميجاوات.

وقالت مصادر بهيئة الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة لـ«البورصة»، إن التمويل المخصص للمشروع من الوكالة الفرنسية للتنمية «AFD» ارتفع وهو ما نتج عنه زيادة القدرات المزمع تدشينها من المحطة الشمسية.

أوضحت المصادر، أن قائمة الشركات المتأهلة للمشروع تضم «ستيرلنج وولسون» الهندية و«تبيا» و«شنغهاى إليكتريك» الصينيتين وشركة إسبانية وأخرى مصرية.

وذكرت المصادر، أن هيئة الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة لم تخطر الشركات المؤهلة بموعد تلقى العرض الفنى والمالى، ومن المتوقع أن يتم تلقى العروض الشهر المقبل.
