Despite riding the DLR (the Dockland Light Railway) in London around every other day, the overgrown kid in me still gets a thrill from sitting at the front of these driverless trains and pretending to drive. Obviously it being the Summer holidays, I had to elbow my way past several small children to enable me to sit in this prime position! 😉

The Fantasyland Autopia operated from 1956-99 in various iterations at Disneyland, separate from the Tomorrowland Autopia. Given its location, it had the benefit of some amazing trash cans that featured the popular "Waste Paper Shield" design (late 1950s-1960s). This style featured a large shield design on the front-facing side of the can, anchored by the words “WASTE PAPER” and illustrations portraying a broom and dustpan.
