Thoughts: I often get excited when you get a duo of emcee and producer than give themselves equal recognition for their collaborative work, and Eyedea & Abilities are a great example of why. There is a strong sense of give and take in the interactions that take place between the bars and the beats; between the lyrics and the instrumentation. Neither half of this album exists in a vacuum. Eyedea’s lyrics wouldn’t flow as effectively without DJ Abilities’ production driving it along, and the delivery of bars is often directly affected by the samples being used or the particular beat patterns of a track. Meanwhile, DJ Abilities utilizes Eyedea’s rapping as a tool in his toolbox, mixing and sampling vocals and integrating them into the beats themselves. The result is a highly synergistic hip hop album that really highlights what the underground hip hop scene is all about. Technically sound production, insane vocal flow that is able to shift gears at a moment’s notice, and a fire beneath it all that fuels every lyric and every beat. There are certainly some spots that show their age, lyrically, but this combination is an undeniable force within the underground rap scene, and a collaboration that shines among the best emcee/producer duos.

I kinda always wanted to make a buds in toyland oc, but never really did it before because I didn’t want it to come off as being weird or anything. I saw @sillysarahsthings post their budsintoyland oc and said ya know what? Count me in. I want to join in on this! Also, you designing tulip based off a fisher price toy seemed like fun and legitimately made me want to try and design an oc based off an already existing toy so I did. This is Zia Stardust, I designed her based off this fisher price “DJ Bouncing Star” toy and also decided to make her into a DJ because why not? I feel like she would live in Duskshire and her assigned kids would be other aspiring DJs and other musically gifted kids. I even made her a kid named Minnie! @budsintoyland

OC: Savannah’s DJ

Savannah didn’t really seem to have anything set up for beyblade before the world championships. They had a few collapsable stadiums that could have been loaned from the WBBA but literally nothing else. They end up using a city as a battle ground and I’m pretty sure that that got pretty badly damaged from Kyoya and Nile alone.

So, headcanon that that problem that was quickly pointed out by Team Wild Fang. Savannah’s government started doing more research into what other countries that were competing had, to give their reps a better fighting chance in the tournament. This caused them to not only build several practice areas but to also hire a DJ, DJ Savannah.

Cue Adwoa Zuhrah Boateng!

Name: Adwoa Zuhrah Boateng (Ad-ja-wa Zuh-rah Boa-teng)

Adwoa moved to Savannah from Ghana at 19, right after finishing her training. upon hearing that they opening up auditions for a beyblade DJ. She ended up being selected in an unanimous decision by both Team Wild Fang (who were asked for their opinion due to their experience beyblading) and Savannah officials.

Adwoa was largely responsible for building up national support around Team Wild Fang, as the country did not have many bladers and therefore wasn’t overtly interested in them at first. She was the one who made sure they were well loved in Savannah and continued that support through the World Championships and afterwards, wearing a fang charm in their honor. She is also very close with all members of the team, considering them her younger siblings and calling them “her team” every time she sees them.

Adwoa not only is a beyblade DJ, but an actual one as well and runs a radio show in Savannah that plays music as well as reporting beyblade news. There is also a club she regularly plays at in downtown Rock City. She’s pretty well known for this within DJs themselves, as well as being given the position so young in comparison to the others, as she is the youngest after American DJ and Blader DJ.

the team definitely has some sort of team bonding exercise (OR for fun, you cannot tell me hunk and pidge havent stuck themselves together once or twice because they were bored and wanted to see how they’d do if they ever got fused together or something idc the weirdest shit happens in the world of voltron) where you’re stuck to somebody and try to to basic day to day tasks like eat or train together

it was initially made by keith to strengthen the bond between everyone but ended up engaging in some interesting interactions like bathroom breaks

daniel n vince would either be the best or the worst at this exercise, daniel just screams impulsive (i mean have you seen him?) while vince is more collected and relaxed so they’d be all over eachother in ways thats hella concerning but eventually they’d get used to eachother and balance eachother out (not without their fair share of tripping over eachother)

one things for certain I REFUSE TO BELIEVE NONE OF THE VOLTRON CAST DOESNT HAVE SCARS THEYVE BEEN WORKING FOR YEARS AGAINST WADE AND LOTOR U CAN KISS MY ASS, also vince definitely has markings from his powers prove me wrong

FANDOM BICYCLE HAKUBA THO... you're a stronger person than me anon. to me hakuba is my beloved fandom oc at this point. im making up his lore and headcanon according to what i think is the funniest at the moment

the funny thing about canon content-wise between gosho boys, when you line them up next to each other from who have most to less content its

heiji > kaito > shinichi (conan excluded) > saguru

heiji may have less fan content than kaito and shinichi (im using pixiv and ao3 as my point of reference) but at least i can rewatch 100+ ep worth of content everytime i miss my favourite guy.
