Dez Einswell had a great presence at SDCC 2011 with not only some super slick apparel, prints and keychains, but he also debut his new “OCTO WOK-R” resin figure in two different colorways for SDCC! “THE DAY WOK-R RUST” colorway and his “THE NIGHT WOK-R CLASSIC” black, white, grey colorway... both stand 7" tall and were limited to only 50 pieces each! These are 100% resin, hand painted figures making em' pretty bulky, and very sculptural in nature and I gotta say they looked amazing in person. They did have somewhat of a high price point, but seeing all the work that went into them it totally justified it! You can snag up the remaining stock of these figures HERE right now!

Holy crap... we just got updated pics and info from artist Dez Einswell as he is sharing with us his amazing SDCC 2011 release via their Doodlebarn booth #4929... and wow do the updated photos of his “OCTO WOK-R” look good! The two versions available will be available in a limited amount... the first being “THE DAY WOK-R RUST” colorway, and release version 2 will be “THE NIGHT WOK-R CLASSIC” black, white, grey colorway... where both stand 7" tall and will be an edition of 50 / Hand Painted / Signed and Numbered pieces.

These are 100% resin, hand painted figures making em' pretty bulky, and very sculptural in nature! Thse are slated to drop for $250, and as an added bonus for those unable to attend the con, he has put 10 pieces online HERE right now for a special pre-sale... so go snag one!

We just got word from artist Dez Einswell that he has been working very diligently on an upcoming new figure which is slated to drop at this years SDCC 2011 via their Doodlebarn booth... and wow does it look cool! Above is a sneak peak of his “OCTO WOK-R” WIP prototype where he states that there will be two versions available in a very limited amount. Release version-1 will be “THE DAY WOK-R RUST” colorway, and release version-2 will be “THE NIGHT WOK-R CLASSIC” black, white, grey colorway... where both stand 7" tall and will be an edition of 50 / Hand Painted / Signed and Numbered pieces. There is no word on size, but we do know that these are resin hand painted figures making these pretty bulky, and very sculptural in nature... and there is no exact price as of yet, but expect them to be around the $200 mark!
