This is DOC, whom we will be meeting in the next chapter of my fic~ His title is D.O.C, or Director of Collaboration. He'll be also the one in charge of medical care for the human should they ever get injured, since Veteran trusts him with their well being. He oversees projects, data sharing, and other analytics for the alliance between the science, engineering, and medical divisions for his thoughtfulness and dedication to his duties. He also has a very stoic way of speaking and is one of the few units that can communicate to the human without the need of sign language by utilizing the TV that is wired into his back and the multi tool latched onto his left arm. Inspirations for design and mannerisms came mainly from Shockwave from transformers, as he's my favorite cybertronian~!! >w<
