dont kno if the others asked ya yet but cna i hear abt the champagne werecreature au :blinkm

no one else has asked about my aus yet but here is the werewolf champ au explaination!

its based on a few pieces of subscriber art i saw of Champ on the redemption of a were-jaguar video

instead of working for Dino Cross Park, Champagne was working for a (equally bad) Were-beast research facility, Were Cross Research.

once, while trying to deal with one of the many breakouts (the were-beasts are forced to stay in their animal form, but Champ is unaware of this. he just thinks were-beasts are always monsters) Champagne gets his arm bitten off by a werewolf.

this still causes him to become a werewolf, but instead of dealing with their head scientist being a monster, they give him a piece of tech (not in his arm) that stops him from transforming

the events of redemption of a were-jaguar happen, with Champagne turning into a big werewolf instead of a dinosaur. he is still completely out of control and very dangerous.

after everyone's home, Vasilia talks to champagne about why he turned into a were-beast instead of something else (they know he worked for the were-beast facility, but he talks about it way less than he talks about DCP in canon) and Champagne explains.

she is appalled at his bosses for not letting him learn how to control his were-beast side and instead forcing him to hide it.

they do were-beast lessons where basically Vasilia transforms in front of Champagne and they take the tech off (because it was on for so long its now necessary for Champ to wear it in order to not transform) so Vasilia can help him deal with being a big doge his were-beast and all the emotional baggage that comes with it

eventually, they get to a point where Champagne can transform back into a human without the tech (still needs it for long stretches of time where hes human, but hes needing it less!) (hes also considerably less violent as a were-beast now) and Benny is allowed to join the lessons for emotional support!

(he wasn't allowed in before because Champagne didn't want to hurt him) (he always sat outside the room anxiously and showered Champagne with affection after every lesson tho)

Champagne transforms into his were-beast form for the first time in front of Benny, who realises some things about himself

anyway when Champagne has full control (it takes a while but they get there!) Benny and him cuddle in dog form ALLL the time.
