5, 6, 10, 16, 17 + rowenna xx
5) How were they perceived before their Dragonborn identity became widely known? The new idea is that basically Rowenna was a tool before and after coming into the title. She grew up in the Brotherhood so to peers and higher ups, she was just another cog in the wheel. She was trained to follow orders blindly, not question much, death and destruction was A-OK. She might still??? be the Listener so she went from tool to Useful Tool That Should Be Coveted (and Envied).
6) How are they perceived by the major villains- Alduin, Harkon, Miraak, etc.? For Alduin and Harkon, not to have them be Loki on main but its very much “an ant has no quarrel with a boot”- they don’t see her as much until it’s too late. Miraak’s the only one that realizes he’s a little too evenly matched before it’s too late to the point where they almost got along before Hermaeus saw to that.
10. Which factions are they aligned with? Including civil war sides, Thalmor, guilds etc. She grew up in the Brotherhood until adulthood, got caught up in the arrest and basically skimmed being with the Stormcloaks because Ralof was really the first genuine friend she made but she also tried to steer clear of the war. From there she got swept up into the Companions, they helped her become a better person, and then she fell down a couple of steps on the moral ladder because Brynjolf recruited her for the Thieves Guild, but she adopted that mentioned Robin Hood mentality so she could justify it. She tried to do the Mage College for a bit but it was Too Much for her, and she ain’t touching the Thalmor shit with a 100 ft pole. She toed the Dawnguard line too, but brokered peace between them and Serana and then basically just stole Celann to be her housecarl and never spoke to the rest of them again.
16) Where did they choose to live and what drew them there? Does it really feel like home? After the arrest the first place she settled was Riverwood because Ralof was there and it felt very homey, and then she was in Riften for a while because it was homey and familiar, and then she was able to build Lakeview Manor around her self-forced retirement because it was close to friends, relatively secluded and the place was gorgeous.
17) What’s their style- do they tend to wear armour and if so, what sort? Otherwise what’s their average day-to-day clothing? While travelling she switches between Nightingale armor and Ebony Mail, and when she’s just hanging out at home or in a protected city she’ll only ever be seen in Tavern Clothes.

2, 3,14,16, 22?
2) What “class” do they follow (i.e. warrior, archer, mage, thief, etc.)? Archer, Thief ... does Armorer count?
3) How do they feel about being Dragonborn- does they identity feel right for them and did they embrace it immediately? Do they consider themselves a true dragon? Thought it was... vaguely whatever-the-Skyrim-equivalent-of-”cool” it is until the gravity of the job and all of the errand girl bullshit that came with it caught up to her, and then she was very much far more interested in being Harbringer-Guildmaster-Nightingale-Mayor of Riften Because She Murdered Maven and She’d Do It Again
14) What is their personal favourite place in Skyrim- a town, hold, home, dungeon, or just a natural spot they happen to have a fondness for? Basically the same answer as the home question - at first she adored Riverwood because her first friend was Ralof and he brought her there and it was the first place she felt welcome in her whole life, but then Riften was just her speed with familiarity/vibes, and then her balcony at Lakeview looking over the water is the most peaceful, calming place she knows on the face of the Earth.
16) Where did they choose to live and what drew them there? Does it really feel like home? Answered here, oop, but like I said it’s basically just 14 all over again.
22) Which Daedric Prince(s) do they end up most aligned to, if any? Which artifacts do they own and which do they actively make use of? Clavicus Vile and Sanguine. The former because helping him didn’t entirely seem like she was throwing her life away/doing anything toooooooo insane and she figured once she died if he tried to claim her soul after her death she could probably talk her way out of it. And the latter just because that shit was wild and it was a nice distraction from when life as she knew it was getting ripped apart and she felt lost and then she had That adventure. She’d always be low key grateful for that. She also feels weirdly like she can relate to him a bit, which she’d like to admit even less than being grateful for that day.

7, 12, 21, 30, and 25 for Roweena.
7) How much do they utilise the power of Thu'um? Do they actively try to expand their inborn abilities through research and exploration? Or are they less invested? Rowenna’s a little 50/50 on the matter, when she first... inherited the title she was all gung ho about it, then 99.8% of the residents of Skyrim decided to make her their errand girl so she got fed up with everything - especially the thing that made her so damn popular. Still, she gets into a lot of fights and Shouts are helpful, so if she accidentally stumbles upon a Dragon lair, she’ll make a beeline for the Word Wall. She doesn’t really research outside of what the Greybeards and Parthurnaax tell her.
12. Which standing stone have they used for the longest and why? The Lover Stone. Any extra help with learning all the things she needs to learn helps.
21.Do they worship any of the Divines, and if so, which do they have the strongest affinity for? It’s more like a passing interest every once in a while. Primarily she leans towards Mara because with her past she figures she needs all the compassion she can get.
25) Which of the Dragon Priest masks do they favour and wear the most? If the answer is Konahrik, pick the second favourite too. She Does Not Fuck With those masks. She feels like there’s one hell of a bad mojo attached so she stays as far away from them as possible.
30. Are they proud of themselves? Do they see themselves as a hero? It isn’t until she joins the Companions and works with them next to the Thieves Guild that she allows herself to be proud and see herself as a hero. I’m playing with the idea that she wasn’t recruited into the Dark Brotherhood as much as she was born into it (Bane don’t interact) and she’s hyper-aware of all the Horrible things she’s done, and it takes her actively helping people, adopting a Robin Hood approach in life, adopting a couple of kids and then having a couple of her own that she can finally sit back and say she’s happy with her life/considers herself a hero - and rightfully so.

🖊🖊🖊🖊 + for the Skyrim girls, plsssss
Rowenna: In her early days in Skyrim, she stealth killed Heimskr with an arrow because she couldn’t stand listening to him shouting anymore. After her own redemption, she felt vaguely bad about it.
Nyssia Also murdered Heimskr, but wasn’t remotely stealthy about it, has a multi thousand-coin bounty on her head in Whiterun over it, and doesn’t feel an ounce of regret.
Farowyn: Is aptly nicknamed “The Everlost” because she’s got no sense of direction. Once tried to follow a map marker across the country, only to find out two days later she’s gone the exact opposite direction.
Also, because I’m not feeling repeats: Lyrie (Rowenna and Brynjolf’s Daughter): Her favorite babysitter is Teldryn because he’s fun and is the best at playing ‘flying machine’, but doesn’t want that “secret” to come out because that would seem like she doesn’t like Celann, which she does, because she’s got a little baby crush on him. Celann absolutely knows and is as delighted as he is mortified

Someone did this for their fantasy game kids a while ago and I miss mine, so:
Dragonborn Rowenna: Only trusts Teldryn Sero to babysit her and Brynjolf’s kids. No one knows why and figures there’s some giant, long-winded explanation, but no, she just loves how much Teldyn adores and would die for the kids.
Katryn Cousland: Once won a drinking contest against Varel, and then they proceeded to go out on the town singing tavern songs at the top of their lungs. They’ve both sworn each other to secrecy about that night.
Rhia Trevelyan: She had her first kiss with Fairbanks when they were children and their parents had dragged them to court.

🍓🍓🍓 for whoever floats ya boat
Scoot Scott: In his mid to late teens, he and some of his friends had a band and they all absolutely had Famous Boy Band aspirations.
Kara: Has a thing for Turians so when Tiran showed up and was actively the nicest person on the Hyperion she knew she was doomed. And by doomed she means immediately ready for marriage but wouldn’t be Weird about it.
Rowena: Her favorite babysitters for Runa are Farkas, Vilkas and Teldryn because all she has to do with Farkas is pay him in food, and Vilkas and Teldryn ‘love Runa and would absolutely insure that if trouble came knocking when she was under their care, they’re the only two who would make sure the kid wouldn’t end up traumatized from seeing too much violence.’
