he introduces himself to everyone as JOHANN & 100%% would correct u if u mispronounce his name ,, “it’s YO-HANN ! not joh-hAen” bec he’s sensitive like that

he came from a v prominent family who owns a large conglomeration in korea. so his father is p well known nationwide.

jun ho is the second / illegitimate son. that’s why the public or nobody p much knows about his existence. he doesn't mind tho bec he prefers it this way

his older brother took their father’s place as the ceo. the two gim brothers are not really civil or on the good side ever since, jun ho doesn’t know why his brother hates him so much but he guess it has to do with him being illegitimate like he shouldn’t even be alive, etc. his half bro’s words !! not mind hmmf

his father , on the other hand , loves jun ho like he never looked down on him like he even offered a high seat in their company but jun ho refuses bec 1) he dont wanna breathe the same air w his bro and 2) he doesn’t really see his self working in their company

the brother laughed at his dream and the father refuse to support him on his aspiring career so that’s why jun ho distance himself from his fam bec they’re toxic 

he really likes cooking. as a child, he was close to his nanny and likes watching her cook all the time and that’s where he also got his ... passion

ANYWAY ,,, fast forward

the only reason why he found himself in this town is bec his friend took him out for dinner and then ended up moving out of their old town 

he wasn’t mad or something at her bec she also wanted to get out of his toxic abode. ://

so basically he didnt bring any clothes with him . only his phone and wallet

but that’s no big deal bc he can just buy clothes and all the stuff

also he thought that it would be nice to move in a new place ?? for a change and maybe here he can finally express his real self w/o worrying about his father and their reputation - that’s why he’s johann here and not jun ho 

also he plans to find some work around for a living bec he doesnt want to be financially dependent on his father. he wants to be independent ok but also sometimes uses his credit card on emergencies

personality wise: he’s a lil mature for his age. v thoughtful. a gentleman. zero humor. caring. generous. loyal. selfless. + he enjoys his solitude. he enjoys walks in the parks, feeding smol animals, admiring the nature and etc.he likes to read a lot and to cook ofc !

though he can sometimes be secretive. mysterious. like u can open up to him but still he won’t tell open up that much to u just bc he doesn’t like to talk about himself. but he can be trusted tho !
