The Twin Pendants of the Shifting Sun and Phasing Moon are two powerful Crumevan artifacts that allow a single entity to shapeshift—completely, easily, and painlessly changing their shape with the only restriction being that they can only display colors from their original form. The pendants can only be paired with one entity at a time, and when paired their gemstone colors shift to those of the eyes of their holder. They only revert once their holder dies.

The badlands false wyvern is a wyvern-like creature that typically stands at over 6 feet tall and dwells in the badlands and (more sparingly) deserts of Crumevis. They evolved to appear very similar to actual dragons and wyverns, although despite being fairly intelligent, they aren’t sentient and may not actually be closely related to proper wyverns at all (hence their name).
Badlands false wyverns are generally rust red and/or brown in color, with gold or sometimes amber eyes. They have slender (and aerodynamic) but muscular bodies with powerful talons for latching onto and climbing rock as well as two flexible tails that help them keep their balance. They have little wind resistance, and nictating membranes for navigating the badlands when it’s windy, or while flying. Sometimes, if the light hits them right, their eyes can appear to be pure white.
Badlands wyverns are opportunistic, obligate carnivores, although they seem to be fond of lizards, snakes, rodents, and various even-toed ungulates. They are largely nocturnal but can be active during the day, and tend towards hunting in groups but can venture off on their own to hunt. They are apex predators, and as such (without having any natural predators), they tend to use their horns exclusively for fighting (or playing with) one another. They are skilled fliers and fast runners, so while they may not be the most stealthy predator, they rarely struggle to get by.
They are not the most social creatures, but (as mentioned above) do live and hunt in groups. Their groups as a whole tend to have at least four and up to a dozen members, although they can split up to hunt. As of communication, much of it consists of body language, although they can produce roaring, screeching, and growling noises one might liken to a dinosaur. Their young tend to be more playful, although sometimes they still have “rivals they like to spar with as adults. Badlands false wyverns mate for life and can have up to one offspring a year, which come from eggs. They take about ten years to mature (sometimes longer), and can potentially live up to be one hundred years old. When one of their own dies, the rest of the group will remain close to their body for a few hours in their way of grieving, although their parents, siblings, children, and/or mates often do so for longer.

Okay I have to share Night, I love them too much.
Night is a Crumevan spirit with the ability to shapeshift into virtually anything as long as it’s vaguely mammalian. They are baby and I love them

Draonkrifs are fairly capable of taking care of themselves from a young age. Still, draonkrif parents are pretty careful about keeping their younger ones close. And, like human civilizations on Earth have, some tell stories to keep their little ones from straying too far.
The Drakonfang is the subject of some of these stories.
The stories themselves vary somewhat, but they all tell of a huge, tiger-like beast with the horns, claws, and tail of a dragon. (Some draonkrifs tell of the Drakonfang having wings, but not as often.) This creature lives in a cave at the very top of the mountain the draonkrif capital is built on, where it rests and hunts, and if disturbed it can kill and devour any draonkrif in its path.
Though there have been no confirmed encounters with the Drakonfang, and few tell stories of actually meeting the creature, the story does well to keep draonkrif children from running off. And those that do often come running right back when they see a feline shape lurking in the distance…
