Fünf Jahre sind vergangen, seit Disney mit „Vaiana“ den letzten Animationsfilm mit einem Original-Drehbuch in die Kinos gebracht hat. „Cruella“ tritt nun in die Fußstapfen und erzählt nach den Fortsetzungen im Jahr 2019 („Die Eiskönigin 2“ und „Ralph Reichts 2“) eine eigene Geschichte.
