They sort of blink and tilt their head as the anon magic is cast, and admittedly they're not sure if it's even worked at first. How many beings have ever had power over the collective, after all. And it's a silly thing - why would they kiss just anyone who came up and spoke to them? Really, for someone to think they had control over Zazie was laughable - they're laughing!
