the ending song from when marnie was there! always hits home and rips my heart in little pieces when i listen to it (it's a beautiful song)

this song will always bring me back to the summer night in corsica, two years ago, during which i watched whisper of the heart for the first time... memories :') and this movie is very dear to me. please watch it

i listened to this song because of blue flag..... i really like the lyrics!

of course, a fma(b) opening or ending song HAD to pop up in the ten first played. (i would've been disappointed if it weren't the case)

it's not my favorite opening but i love it and i did listen to it on repeat

8. baby can i hold you -- tracy chapman

tracy chapman!! seeing her popping in the first ten as well makes me immensely happy. please check all of her songs out, and not just her most famous ones

9. les séquoias -- pomme

pomme might be my favorite french-speaking singer ever (at the moment, anyway haha) and les séquoias one of my favorite songs of hers (btw on brûlera and pourquoi la mort te fait peur !! my two other favorites and i'm currently obsessed with them)
