This recipe combines the sour sweetness of cranberry sauce with the fresh smell of basil to make a tasty cocktail sauce that goes well with juicy shrimp. That's a delicious dish that will wow your guests!
Ingredients: 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1 cup cranberry sauce. 2 tablespoons ketchup. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine cranberry sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and chopped basil. Mix well. Season shrimp with salt and pepper to taste. In a skillet over medium heat, cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Pour the cranberry basil cocktail sauce over the cooked shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional minute until heated through. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves if desired.
