every time I think that western animation is healing (Puss in Boots), we get something that shows how much corporations do not care about real hardworking creators or their audience and instead would rather shit something uninspired out (Velma)

#Did not and will not watch it but I saw clips and read articles about its contents #And holy shit its so disrespectful to the source material #As someone who grew up with the series and has probably seen almost all of the tv/direct to dvd movies #I feel so offended by this #Who is it trying to please???????#If a work is criticizing the source material it should be criticizing something that was already there and would make the audience think #Not make shit up and hope the audience will just think that they are saying something “meaningful”#Like ever time we take a step forward with western animation we take two steps back #Corporations 👏care 👏 about 👏 your 👏 audience 👏 challenge 👏#scooby doo #animation #puss in boots #i still love you dreamworks keep up the good work you and Sony now have to lead us to victory
