Our #SummerSafetyTips workshop will look a bit different due to #COVID19 - but the information will be even more enhanced. Typically, we meet @ #NorfolkKarate but on July 18, you can be at home, the beach, or anywhere else - as we stream the 3-person panel event. 

A member from Norfolk Karate, ODU Counseling Services, and YWCA of South Hampton Roads #ywcashr will comprise the panel. They will share info on keeping #safe, answer your questions, and attendees can even win some ...cool #safety SWAG.
