This quiz goes through hundreds of characters from many different fandoms to determine which character you’re most like (based on hundreds of volunteers ranking each character) and you can also specifically see who you’re most like in each individual fandom.

Here are the top ten results I got (omitting results from things I haven’t seen or read, of course... Side note, I was confronted with just how many shows/movies/books are out there that I have no familiarity with haha):

1. Beth March

This does not surprise me, honestly. I love Beth very much and have connected with her since I was a kid :) Not everyone can be a Jo, after all!

So, full transparency, I haven’t actually watched all of the Office, just a solid chunk of episodes from the first 4ish seasons that my brother showed me. But, the very first episode we watched, he pointed to Pam and said “Just so you know, she’s going to be your favorite character. Also she’s you,” and I can’t argue with that lol

6. Samwise Gamgee

Ahhh I love Sam so much!!! This one made me really happy :)

7. Chien-Po

Honestly, such an underrated character from Mulan ;) I’m a sucker for a ‘gentle giant’ character...

8. Connor Deslauriers

It’s been a hot minute since I watched Degrassi TNG (like, probably at least 4 or 5 years), but I did really enjoy it back in the day, so when I saw Connor pop up on my list I got very excited :) He’s so great :)

9. Chidi Anagonye

Another moment of transparency, I haven’t actually watched The Good Place, but several people have told me a lot of things about it (to the point that I feel like I know pretty much what happens - yes, including the big twist...) and I’ve been shown several Chidi clips with the purpose of someone telling me ���look, it’s you,” so I felt like I could include him in my top ten list :) I very much like what I’ve seen from him!

10. Bruce Banner

This one felt the least accurate to me, but like I said, I had a lot on my list I didn’t recognize, so I had to go down a bit to find somebody familiar. To be fair, I don’t think I’m unlike Bruce, but I definitely don’t connect to him the way I do to some of the others on my list.

Some honorable mentions that I found further down but felt like sharing, since they were from things I recognized:

All clocking in at an 80% match were Obi-Wan from Star Wars (which surprised me, tbh! He’s much cooler and sassier than I am haha), Flounder from The Little Mermaid (fair), and Dobby from Harry Potter (which I’m not sure if I should take umbrage with or not lol...). Data from Star Trek TNG scored a 79% :) I had to drop all the way down to 76% (#184) to find an AoS character on my list, and somewhat interestingly, it was Fitz. To be fair, Jemma, Coulson, and Mack all ranked very closely together right after Fitz when I just looked at the AoS-specific results, and to be doubly fair, I don’t think there’s necessarily a main character on AoS who fits into what is apparently my character archetype lol... which I guess boils down to ‘the nice one’ with some combination of socially awkward/anxious, painfully shy, and staunchly loyal with a little bit of peacemaker/conflict avoidant thrown in there for good measure... Eh, I’ll take it... ;)
