Just absolutely thrilled every time I see our “Lover’s Lighthouse” project. It’s a dream to have collaborated with my partner @christopher.holston.art on this. Go see it & the 5 other artist installations before March 7 when they come down! . . I Heart Rail Trail: Lights is part of the I Heart Rail Trail initiative, a partnership between the Charlotte Rail Trail, Charlotte Center City Partners, and U.S. Bank. The Rail Trail is envisioned to be an integrated public art experience that creates a unique, ever-changing destination, linking diverse neighborhoods in Charlotte that invites people of all ages and backgrounds to come together to discover, enjoy and explore. I’ll be honest, when I bought my home it needed A LOT of work. I had no idea whe… I will be sincere, after I purchased my house it wanted A LOT of labor. I had no concept the place to start out as a result of the method might be so overwhelming.

Thanks to @usbank I was able to create quite a few of these moments today while visiting the North Community YMCA. I am thrilled to announce that @christopher.holston.art and I will present a collaborative I Heart Rail Trail : Lights Presented by U.S. Bank installation project in Southend Charlotte! It will run Feb 19 to March 7. Our piece, "Lover’s Lighthouse” will use windows and light to form a moving mural, located at The Coop, 1616 Camden Rd (above Leroy Fox). We are in good company with five other creatives, artist Meredith Connelly, architect Rachel Dickey, furniture designer Ellie Richards, artist Kit Kube, and artist Luvly Moon creating light installations on the trail.
