I can't stand being ordinary.

I'm looking at you, with your pearly whites and several types of wine in your cabinet. I'm not sure if any of your parents actually allow you to drink some, but I can imagine you learning about the contents. You know about the world from experience, not by theory.

You have your names on the trophies, the bylines, or the booklet in the theater. I got that once--it was for a small part, but it was fun! I had a few lines and delivered them well.

But compared to them, I'm filler.

I'll graduate, go to college, and people will forget me.

Why am I so stressed about this?

Twelve years ago today I graduated high school in the top 20 of my class. I couldn't have done it without the help of the fantastic teachers and of course my beautiful mother! Now I'm about to start my first semester of college next week. It's all online, so I can still go to work and take classes at the same time!

officially made my high school graduation plan being college bound!!!

i have most of my courses planned, extracurriculers planned/set up, and i'm figuring out financing for it all!!

figuring out what college i want to go to still, but i have a few top choices!

hey frank, finals week just started for me and it got me thinking, do you have any crazy college stories?

I don't have anything really "crazy," but my college dorms were often very small and had paper-thin walls and I often spent my free time in my room writing very long, stream-of-consciousness tumblr posts which I had no idea if anyone would see, and I've always had trouble waking up in the morning, and sometimes when I wanted to get up in the morning I used to just start running in place in my room to get my heart rate up and I'd sweat a lot and my dorm room in the mornings was pretty hot and humid and my roommate thought I was having a meltdown sometimes until I mentioned I was just running in place to get myself to wake up

So, in college, if you were in my room at 7 AM, I was either:

1) standing up with my arms stretched out, bouncing as fast as I could on my toes, almost in a jogging stance, with a dazed and determined look on my face,

2) laying in bed, awake and fully dressed, exuding a distinct odor of sweat, writing a tumblr post,

or 3) asleep.

UNM has a radiology program!

It might be more feasible for me than the anaesthesiologist assistant thing I was briefly curious about. I wouldn't need to be as good at math. I also wouldn't have to worry about using a catheter on anyone.

I want to use a lot of my college funds to get better at writing, art, and such but I need some sort of career that will enable me to get off disability and still afford musical equipment, art supplies, etc.

Radiologists seem to have a good work + life balance. Their shifts aren't as grueling as nurses. It might be something to ask a guidance counselor about! I don't see anything I wouldn't enjoy about the job yet. The medical field is fascinating to me.

"But, I don't know what I did! I simply wanted to make things better for the school and prove that I did deserve to be here." Covering her face with her hands, Elizabeth threaded her curls to create a sort of veil to prevent everyone else from noting her contorted face.

Christina rolled her eyes. "I wish I could believe you, Eliza. But that confessional at Red Square would warrant an execution elsewhere. And I'm in the line of fire."

Taking the nod from Leila, Christina took the documents and thrusted them in Elizabeth's chest. The numbers stood starkly against the paper, as if they tracked a patient's vitals to the thousandths of a whole. Elizabeth threaded over the papers, reading through the plans as if it were another assignment to complete, and took a deep breath.

"With what's here, I don't imagine there's something wrong..."

Leila bit her finger while covering her face.

"...other than the Tatler funding being reallocated of course. But isn't it your fault too for not calling him out?"

"Is she mad, or is she so naive to believe that I could start something?" Leila whispered into Christina's ear, maintaining a distance between them and the rest of the girls. Francesca looked down on her rings, while Amelia started sketching inside her notebook. An abnormal coolness settled on the library.

"Would you please help us take Andrei down?" Francesca mumbled, her mind mixed with methods to get her friend to talk. "It's for your own good."

"And your own good?" Elizabeth asked, before spinning around to note the rest of the students staring at her.

@bebepac Lovely to see Ellie blossom into a university-going student, wanting to fit in and also trying to get used to life without her parents and the palace. Nic and Ellie make sure a sweet pair together and the banter between her and Libby was hilarious! Especially heartwarming were the parts where the family were having cheerwine and bantering over drinking ages, and her making friends at the end of the story! So excited to see this lovely family!!

Maurice also graduated High School as valedictorian.

College wasn't as easy as his parents made it seem. It was easy for them to say because back in their days, college wasn't a thing for them. Maurice only loved one girl his entire being and that is Seonna. He adores her. Although their roommate came on strong, and he enjoyed hearing her play the guitar, he let her know that he was not interested.

One day, Maurice just so happened to walk in the bathroom while Meiloni was showering. He had no idea she was in there because she had her own little space upstairs with a full bathroom. Why would she want to use their bathroom? Later that day, Mei was mopping through the house as if something was on her mind so Maurice, being the good guy he is, tried to be a good friend and talk her through whatever issues she was having.

That went left. What was supposed to be support turned into him wiping her tears away to him slapping those cheeks till they turned red...Smh Maybe him and Seonna got more things in common than they thought. So anyway, things started to go left after that and Maurice ended up confessing to Seonna about the incident that happened with Mei. He had to remind her that she was losing her mind behind the whole thing.

Seonna and Maurice were inseparable after everything that happened. His favorite big cuz, Samiya paid him a visit. It's always good to see her. Soon it was time for both him and London to graduate. They crammed so hard for their last week that they ended up graduating a day early!

The last pic is of Maurice and his mom Camille who doesn't look a day over her young adult years.
