Obey Me MC: Aren Art + Info (under the cut)

Finally done with this! It took a while lmao

UNIFORM: Aren had requested for both a skirt and pants for their uniform. The skirt is about 2-3in below the knee and they ALWAYS wear tights underneath. They pick whichever they feel like wearing that day. Them wearing a binder also varies though it's usually more often than not.

POCKET KNIFE: There was a bit of an argument regarding the pocket knife. They had it on their person when they were summoned to the Devildom. Lucifer thought it was dangerous and wanted to confiscate it. Diavolo laughed at their request. Aren is so fucking pissed and flipped Lucifer off. "What, you demons scared of a tiny human with a tiny knife?" Diavolo eventually let them keep it, much to Lucifer's annoyance. ZIPPO LIGHTER: Same as the pocket knife, it was with them when they got summoned. This one however, Aren will definitely not let go of since it had sentimental value. It's something very important to them. There's an engraving of a chrysanthemum on it. And they smoke. Not as often since their preferred cigarettes are hard to acquire in the Devildom.

DDD: Looks plain with not much decals and accessories except for the purple wrist strap. Don't be fooled though. With the help of Satan and Solomon, they rigged it with spells to prevent any unauthorized access (accident or otherwise) (they like their privacy)

PLANNER AND FOUNTAIN PEN: Also a necessity. They have a small fountain pen collection at home and is delighted to have a separate one in Devildom. The planner is also a must since it helps them keep track of everything as they adjust to life in a new realm.

BAG: They like messenger bags. When they went shopping for school supplies, they immediately went to the leather bags and spent nearly an hour picking out which one they liked. That bag had lots of pockets and compartments. The sheep keychain has an actual bell and they like to hear it whenever they walk around. The brothers have associated the sound with them.

#2 Bag: I am a very big "What if" person, I try to prepare myself for anything and everything that could happen so I usually end up carrying a big bag filled with snacks, a knife or two, baby wipes, books, my wallet, cell phone, a pack of smokes, a compact and my favorite lip balm. Here lately I've been trying to downsize so I just carry my wallet, smokes, some Tylenol, hair ties, mints, cell phone and my trusty lip balm.

#15 Book Case: Mostly travel books, when I get a job that requires me to travel whether it's out of state or out of the country I like to read up on the cultures and sights to see. I also have an extensive collection of autobiographies because I like reading about different lifestyles and lots of books on physical therapy as well as anatomy, psychology, cooking, a few series.

#20 Fridge: Ah my cave of wonders, actually it's pretty naked at the moment, since I'm on call as a physical therapist and I never know when I'm going to be traveling for hospitals or modeling I don't tend to keep my fridge stocked. If I ever do though I like to keep it stocked with exotic fruits and meats and veggies, rarely do I keep take out in the fridge but mostly that's because it doesn't make it that far.

Disney World and Universal Studios Learnings and Tips

This document captures my general lessons/takeaways for future visits to theme parks from spending nearly every day for a week visiting a theme park.

Wear contacts to make sunglasses significantly more convenient.  It’s annoying to switch normal glasses and sunglasses when constantly going indoors and outdoors.

Wear a hat with a large brim + neck flap for sun protection.

Need an easy way to stow hat + sunglasses when going indoors. Constantly putting things in and taking things out of a backpack is annoying.

A fanny pack may help in the future. 

A carabiner on a backpack was helpful this trip for stowing the hat. Although it may be useful to add a ring to the hat to make it easier to clip.

Probably better to use one of the following than a normal 28L backpack, especially in Universal when many rides require backpacks be stored in smallish lockers. 

Use 1 or 2 fanny packs instead of a backpack.

Also helps avoid back sweat.

Use a sling instead of a backpack.

A backpack/tote hybrid 

Smaller + has handle for easy carrying in hand to give back a a break e.g. in lines.

Wearing sunscreen sucks! Prep (stylish) sweat-wicking outfits with long sleeves (ideally with UV protection) to avoid applying sunscreen to arms.

Sunscreen on legs is not as bad, but also sucks. Bring stylish, athletic, light sweats (e.g. black, slim) to avoid having to wear sunscreen with shorts.

A sunscreen stick is a must for applying on the face + neck.

Essentials for a day in a theme park:

Sunscreen stick, sunscreen lotion (or spray), sunscreen lip balm

Hand sanitizer

Sunglasses (preferably non-rx in combo with contacts)

A few sandwich bags

A towel for wiping sweat (or just a collection of paper towels from the bathroom).

Earplugs because some rides/queues/shows are unbearably loud. Universal in particular in run by deaf people.

Florida rain is no joke! But also weather is unpredictable and it didn’t rain at all on some days when rain was forecasted. Still, it’s probably better to bring a poncho just in case.

Lightweight, disposable ponchos strike a good balance between volume + weight, and weather readiness. 

Disney also sells ponchos for $12 in stores.

A bag with head/arm holes also works in a pinch.

To avoid doing laundry using a machine, try experimenting with detergent that allows one to hand wash clothes in a sink/tub.

Genie+ is definitely worth it (low ~$20 per person) for busier theme parks with more attractions i.e. Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios.

Packrafting Gear List

Packrafting is intensely fun if you ever get the chance. Packing the gear is a chore. I often find myself packing and repacking wondering where the extra space in my bag has gone. Once the boating gear is packed it leaves little room for other essentials, so pack wisely! A disappointing amount of extra space and a heavy pack are the norm, no matter how light your backpack and tent are. Here in Alaska, we need to prepare for the weather, and there can be snow in the Brooks Range in August which makes the adventures even more fun :) 

Below is my packing list with a focus on saving weight for all the gram counters out there. There are many great brands out there and listing all the options is out of the scope of this article. Trust your local guide or gear shop, you can usually find an excited local for recommendations.

Packrafting gear

Packraft: Do you really need thigh straps? To save weight remove them if you can. I’ve heard of some creative ways to save on seats and seat backs with nylon webbing for a true sufferfest

Paddle: 4-section paddles are neater but more prone to breaking. 2-section paddles might give you the comfort of only bringing the one rather than packing a spare

Dry Suit: Water temp and safety make this a priority, possible to eliminate in warmer climates or very safe flatwater trips

Life vest - Get a light one!

Helmet: May not be necessary on easier trips

Throw rope: A dedicated polyester throw rope that doesn’t absorb water 

Repair kit: No weight saving here

Bow bag: Get creative and this can serve as an extra pocket on your backpack

Clothing

Baselayers: Alpine fit of course! Lightweight, long lasting, doesn’t stink, quick drying. Save weight by not needing extra backup clothing. I rarely bring a short sleeve, it never gets used

Underwear: 2 pair, wool

Midlayer: One pair of quick-dry pants like bushwhacking leggings, thin synthetic puffy jacket

Footwear: Paddle shoes or boots (not both), crocs, 2 pair wool socks

Headwear: Brimmed hat, Alpine Fit merino wool hat, bug net

Gloves: Paddling gloves are a luxury but much needed on some trips. 

Sunglasses: Preferably polarized. Best to have a safety cord in case of a spill

Camping Equipment

Backpack: A no-frills backpack to save weight is important. The lighter ones usually fit inside the boat better as well. I will admit on shorter trips or trips with lots of hiking I take a backpack with a more comfortable harness system

Tent: The lighter the better. Options abound but one with a quick setup is nice after a long day

Sleeping mat: The new thicker sleeping mats have changed the game. If you haven’t bought one recently they are light and comfy, best of both worlds

Pillow: I’ve suffered using a stuff sack with clothes for years but recent air pillows don’t add much weight and I sleep better

Sleeping bag: Save weight with a quilt

Headlamp: Make sure it’s charged or has new batteries. Don’t bring extra batteries if you don’t have to

Water filter: Get a soft-squeeze water bottle with attached filter. Super light and easy

Eating utensils: Sierra cup doubles as cup and bowl. Titanium spork for eating

Stove: Get a contained unit like JetBoil. Lightweight, efficient

Food: Take your pick of freeze dried options plus some snacks for mid-day

Extras

Sunscreen: Pack as little as you can. Remember Alpine Fit is UPF 50+!

Lip Balm: No more than 1 per person

Navigation: Lots of weight to save here. One paper map is a good backup. Otherwise I use my smartphone for everything now. Apps like Gaia and Avenza mean the days of an extra GPS unit are over

First Aid: Size depends on the length of trip but make sure you can take care of the basics and have enough for the whole party

Fire Starter: I have collected sap and hunted for dry twigs but having one good fire on a trip makes for a happier bunch. Now I bring one fire starting stick that I break in half for 2 fires

Bear Can: I do the Ursak and hang it when I can

With so much going on, your camping plans with your sweet boyfriend went to backseat. His concerts in Korea was coming to end, but his concert tour which was sadly outside of Korea was also near, which means more practice and less being with you.

There was this option that you could cry infront of his sister, and that you missed your boyfriend whom you haven't seen in a month, and most likely won't for another two as well. Maybe she would show you some mercy and let you waltz into your sunshine's arm. But you can't let your relationship with Hoseok interfere with the professional one that you have with his sister, and you do put more effort, trying hard to always impress his sister, to show that you are worthy of Hoseok.

"Y/N, I got a suprise for you," Hoseok called in the middle of the night.

It wasn't a big suprise anymore, due to his tight schedule sometimes he would call you in the middle of the night or even come home to you randomly.

You were super smitten with this habit of his, that whenever he could, he would come to you. It wasn't a task, or to comfort you that 'hey, remember me, your celebrity boyfriend, who is dating you'.

His job really left little to no time for his own little personal life that he managed to keep. "Y/n, you know you can tell me when you want to be with me. It must not have been easy for you, and yet you didn't felt bad, when we had to cancel the trip. I know I am not the perfect boyfriend like you deserve. While driving from Seoul all I could think about was how I used to come home every week before we started dating and now I haven't even seen you in a month... I,"

You were terrified of what he was going to say, and within a second you came to one conclusion that he was tired of this relationship, of having a girlfriend who rarely goes to see her boyfriend or stays by his side or support him. But a sane part of you also wondered, why would he take you out and then break your heart, but you also knew what a great person he is, he's probably giving this trip as your last memory of him.

"Are you going to break up with me?"

He hit the break, and instantly turned towards you, "why would I break up with you? Why would you even think of this horrible situations?"

"I thought you felt bad, that I didn't make time for you, and came to see you. I should have gone to Seoul when you didn't had time to come to me. As your girlfriend, I should have been there for you. With all the shows, interviews and practice, you barely seemed to hold yourself together. You seemed so tired whenever we called and I wasn't there for you."

He simply moves his hand to reach yours and just hold it.

"Listen to me, Honey, your job is as important as mine, always remember that, you have been stressed too, I wasn't there for you physically to cheer you up then shouldn't you break up with me as well. ✾ Matsunn has a Polaroid camera that he likes to take everywhere. He takes pictures of anything and everything he wants to. His favorite pictures, however, are the ones where Makki isn't looking, because he's captured the essence of his lover in a single shot. And it never fails to steal his breath away.

✾ Matsunn wears Hawaiian shirts shamelessly. Makki refuses to wear one, even if it will make Oikawa and Iwaizumi cringe.
