“Hey, you bunch of punks. Five men against one woman hardly looks fair.” She’d shoved her hands in the pockets of her dark jeans. Black leather jacket. Heels clicked against the pavement as she approached the group of people. If it were not for the crimson of her eyes, she would have passed as a normal woman. Slowly, her gaze wandered over the faces of the five thugs who seemed to be harassing that woman. Ah... humans... gotta love them.
Deciding to be, for once, at least somewhat helpful, she focused her aura towards them, fueled it with the powers of Leviathan - and though physically nothing about her seemed to change, the air seemed to chill around them, a sense of dread and menace emanated from the woman who approached with slow, lazy steps as though she feared neither gun nor knife. She could almost smell their cold sweat. “Get lost.”
And when a Goddess issued an order, you obeyed. Idly, she watched the men fleeing the scene. Huh. It really took so little to get humans to do what you want... She had half a mind of turning around and leaving again, yet... she stopped mid-motion and tilted her head to get the woman back into her field of vision. “Maybe watch where you hang out at night.”

@rk-silverknight BITCHY SCIENTIST LADY SHOWDOWN
“ARIS!!!! I’LL END YOU, YOU MISERABLE BITCH!” A new actor entered the stage with a whiplash that sent the red-head reeling. Too focused on the modified humans bold enough to face her, she had left her back open to an attack from someone who would not be as honorable as to inform her of their presence. Leviathan wrapped itself around the waist of the human woman, tearing her down along with its wielder.
For a brief moment, as Aris tried to realize just what exactly happened there, Ignes stopped, concrete cracking under her feet as it took the impact of her landing and sliding on a few feet before she came to a complete halt. About twenty minutes ago, Aris had started raging - she should have guessed. For days, the images had flashed over TV screens. The news ... all came crumbling down out of nowhere. Did she really think she could hide? ‘ I am not like them ‘, she’d insisted, but the only one who felt better after hearing it were the two children. Who was she to lie and deny? She was e x a c t l y like them.
A quick glance. That face... that scar by the lip. Ignes blinked a couple of times.
“You! Then that means... is h e there?” With some luck, the modified humans were here alone, or at the very least, without the Noblesse and his maniac.

❝ Do you even know how you make me weak? ❞ (namia)
Heartache Sentence Meme - yaaassss
“For you to be saying this to me…. out of all people.” The irony was undeniable, even if it would remain forever hidden to the young mortal woman. Whatever suspicion she might have, Ignes never did anything to confirm or deny it. Did she know what kind of power she possessed? Never. And to call herself weak… frail little thing, short-lived, struggling against the merciless current that is time and mortality. However… Namia had taught her much, in a way. Weakness… there were many kinds of weakness… right now, the kind of weakness she felt was not the same she’d felt during some of the worst moments of her miserable life.
Gently, she reached out to brush a stray strand of dark hair out of Namia’s face. don’t say anything stupid now - though, deep down inside, she felt as though she would be accepted regardless of her utter inability to actually communicate like a normal person.
“You… I’ve never been weak like that before meeting you. It’s like… a whole new kind of weak I never knew before. I mean… ah. Shit. I am not good with this. With words… with people… with anything. But you make me want to try.”

Heartache Sentence Meme - yaaassss
“… I… I think I understand what you mean…. when someone is.. a part of you. No matter what you do… you can’t get rid of what they left on you.”
Why was she even talking about this? They weren’t close, strangers even. All they shared… was the desire to get away from this world. Deep down, where no human soul would bear witness to their bleak, lonely existence. This was their exile, chosen over whatever else might have awaited them - certain death after a long period of being a fugitive, most likely. One way or another, was living in fear worth living at all?
“… forget what I said, and i will do you the courtesy and forget what you said too.” Or… did he try to reach out? Did he try to open up to her, for reasons unknown? Hard to imagine… Ignes swallowed and shook her head softly. “I am not good at this… but.. If you want to talk, guess least I can do is just listen.”

> No, Ephi. There's plenty of fish in the sea (literally), no need to go for those who are already caught in fishermen's nets
Thor Sentence Starters - accepting
“Do you … why do you… seek to fight me if you know you stand no chance?”
The woman made no move to call forth her soul weapon. Ignes knew a terrified enemy when she saw one - and at the moment, she felt no thirst for blood. Only a distinct longing for company. despite all attempts at hiding from the light of day. He, too, hid in shame. What was a warrior’s death? She could not tell - there was nothing in her that resembled a warrior. Godless child without honor or home, with nothing that tethered her heart to this world. How was she supposed to understand, then, the worth and meaning of a warrior’s death?
“i might not know much about warriors… but being slaughtered by an enemy you stand no chance against for no reason in particular… that cannot be the essence of a warrior, can it?” Ignes liked to tell herself she never really enjoyed fighting those who could not even hope to put up a fight against the overwhelming power of a pureblooded noble. Slowly, the ravenhaired woman raised both of her hands, palms turned towards him.
“Not today, and not by my hand, unless you are a fool who cannot wait to die. Speeding up the process? Is this what you are trying to do here?”
