Günümüzde, bulut teknolojilerinin gelişmesi sayesinde çağrı merkezi kurmak artık oldukça basit ve hızlı. İşte adım adım çağrı merkezinizin nasıl kurulacağı:
1. Santral Hizmeti Anlaşması
Gelen (Inbound) ve giden (Outbound) çağrılar yapabilmek için öncelikle bir santral firması ile anlaşmalısınız. Bu firmalar, ses kaydı, çağrı yönlendirme ve IVR gibi temel özellikleri sağlar. DinamikCRM ile entegre çalışabilen santral firmalarını sistemden öğrenebilirsiniz.
2. DinamikCRM ve Santral Entegrasyonu
Santral ve CRM arasında API entegrasyonu yapıldığında Softphone, ClickToCall ve müşteri kartı açma gibi işlevler devreye girer. Ayrıca, softphone uygulamaları kullanarak API olmadan da DinamikCRM’in çağrı merkezi özelliklerinden yararlanabilirsiniz.
3. Çağrı Merkezi Modülünü Aktifleştirme
