Here is the final for the front (right) and back (left) of our Class Catalog for Spring 2019. We would just need to put in the title on the spine, and we would (hopefully) be done!

Here is, more or less, my final cover design for our Spring 2019 Class Catalog. 

UPDATE : Tied in votes for the chosen cover for our class’ catalog this spring. I’ll need to work on my co-Lead Designer to mesh our ideas together. So far, my favorite part about my work is the title I came up with.

For our class catalog, the class voted in majority for Light vs Dark (although I personally still vastly prefer “favorite foods”).

In addition to B/W book covers, I also thought about negative images. As someone who grew up with film photos, I was always fascinated by the rolls of negative images and how that could turn into full-color photos. I feel more strongly inclined towards this line of thought than the other one, although it’s connection with a Light vs Dark theme might be a little on the tenuous side.
