For Popipa, I wanted to go with a song from Future Card Buddyfight, a card games series that Bushiroad owns! This is cuz Popipa has so far sung two songs for the series: B.O.F as an ending for the first series and Saa Ikou as an opening for the second series! Not only that, but Rimi’s seiyuu voices a character in the new series and Kasumi’s seiyuu voices characters in both series’! Anyway, it was a tough choice because many of the songs used in this series are very Popipa-like, and I’d honestly love to see them do covers of these songs...in the end I went with DDD by Aoi Shouta! It’s a really cool song and since Popipa has done more hard rock songs like Teardrops and Time Lapse, I’d love to see them cover this song!

For Afterglow, I’ve told my friends before that I honestly wanted to see them cover The Day by Porno Graffitti, which was used in Boku no Hero Academia. Honestly though, after hearing Peace Sign by Yonezu Kenshi (which was also used for BnHA), I’d like to hear Afterglow cover either song honestly. I mean...the instrumentals used in The Day are really rock-ish and very Afterglow like! I love the explosiveness of the song and I think Aglow could make a great cover of the song! For Peace Sign, the song is a bit less explosive compared to The Day, but it’s still really catchy and the instrumentals are really cool! Also, I can just picture Ran singing the song!

When I think of Pasupare cover songs, I always see them covering Mahou Shoujou themes and the like. Honestly though, I really wanna see them cover either Sakura Kiss by Kawabe Chieko (Used in Ouran High School Host Club), or Kokoro no Tamago by Buono (used in Shugo Chara). Both songs bring me so much nostalgia, Kokoro no Tamago especially, and they’re both such cute songs! I’d love to hear Pasupare cover either one! I think Aya would sound great singing them!

Similar to how I chose a Buddyfight theme for Popipa, I wanna see Roselia cover another song from Cardfight Vanguard. I’m glad that Roselia already did cover a song from Vanguard and they did an awesome job with Believe In My Existence! However, I feel like Believe In My Existence would have fit Aglow a lot better >< Not only that, but I really, REALLY wanted Roselia to cover Break Your Spell by Psychic Lover. THIS SONG IS MA JAM!! I LOVE IT LIKE...A LOT! It’s very melodious like a lot of Roselia’s music and I could totally see them rocking out to this! I think they could make an absolutely AMAZING cover of this song! 

The song I wanted HHW to cover was a no brainer to me. We Are by Kitadani Hiroshi aka the very first opening for One Piece! THIS SONG IS SO GOOD!! I love this song so much, you would not believe how much I love it. It’s got a super catchy rhythm, the song is sung so lively, and the lyrics are really fun and adventurous! I think this is honestly a perfect song for HHW to cover because it’s energetic and happy, just like them!
