Have you ever chased after something and got so close to it that it just barely escapes your fingertips? There’s a sad and somber feeling associated with fleeting dreams that I feel only the rain could wash away, but even then you have to admire the fact that “almost” is often times never enough. That being said, some of us will just keep on chasing until some day, one day, we finally catch up to whatever it was that made our eyes shine.
