My own opinion but I believe Charlotte Flair would have been welcomed back more had she won Elimination Chamber over the Royal Rumble. WWE could have planned for the women's Elimination Chamber winner to win the Royal Rumble instead, and have Charlotte win the Chamber instead. Fans would have had the same two women heading to WrestleMania yet I believe people would have respected Charlotte's win more at Chamber. Bringing her back for the Rumble (not even as a surprise), to win rightfully upset a lot of people.
