thinking of making a slightly shameful self-insert werewolf character/story even though I’m absolute dog shit at making characters and narratives
#I haven’t had an oc since my warrior cats days back when I was 12/13#here’s the lore i’ve come up with so far:#Character lives in the mid/northern Catskills with their mother#somehow they become a werewolf which in this case is a humanoid wolf monster/borderline furry that has the whole bloodlust thing going on#at some point they eat a few yuppies and figure out that they’re a werewolf since they don’t have any memory of being in werewolf form#there’ve been some reports of some weird roided coyotes deeper in the woods so Character tries to find them#it turns out that theyre werewolves and the bloodlust can be reduced/eliminated but the werewolf must permanently take on a wolfish form#the bloodlust is caused by the transformation into werewolf form so the more wolf you decide to become the less bloodlust you feel#you can choose to become more wolfish but you can’t go back to being more human except..#werewolves live freakishly long and if they develop enough self control/wisdom or whatever they can change back towards a more human form#more like a lycanthrope but they’ll always revert to wolfy form on full moons#still figuring out how they shift into a permanent werewolf form but it’ll probably be some ritual#I also don’t know what the werewolf form actually looks like bc i’m indecisive#the end hopefully I get good at drawing so I can actually make this stuff#ocs
