It's a genuine conundrum when you can't work out whether Chandler or Prosser was was the worst Superintendent for Sun Hill.

I mean, yes Chandler was a rapist and he did a lot of shady dealings and want/get rid of some of our beloveds and should have been in Derek's place when the car had a petrol bomb thrown in it (Oh Derek 😥) and he did hole himself up in his office with a gun, commit suicide and send his pregnant wife into early labour with their son...

... but then there's Amanda Tosser Prosser.

I realise there's only a smallish fandom here, but what do you think?
