AND why do people judge Chaol for taking Celeana out of Endovier to use her as a fighter but not Dorian?? It was Dorian's idea, Chaol went with Dorian because that's his job, Dorian was the one lounging on a throne and acting like an entitled dick, Dorian was attracted to a beaten and famished Celeana, she was Dorian's fighter not Chaols

This is the description from the Throne of Glass Wiki, see the way it even makes it out as if big bad Chaol "dragged" her to Dorian but good selfless Dorian offered her freedom? Come on

I know Dorian is everyone's angel boy who can do no wrong, and don't get me wrong I love him this is not Dorian slander in any way, but pretending he was the best from the start completely diminishes his character growth. He deserves more than that and Chaol deserves more than being everyone's whipping boy
