About the Position:

We are currently building our talent pool of experienced Paintless Dent Removal Technician for Automotive Aftersales Services UAE. You will repair small and medium sized dent damage using PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) process, which is a quick and cost effective method or repairing dings and dents

Specifically, your key responsibilities are as follows:

Identification

To identify the work that requires PDR

Asses the access needed to complete the work

Identify the correct tool to use to complete the work

Dent Removal

Pushing techniques using correct pressure and accuracy

Ability to push the dent without damaging the paint

Using required finishing methods to achieve a perfect finish

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess Trade related certificate/diploma. You should have at least a 1 year Bodyshop experience with basic knowledge of the Paintless Dent Repair process. You should also be able to communicate effectively, have full manual dexterity and be able to read and write in English.

As Paintless Dent Removal Technician, you should have the ability to do the following:

Following instructions and procedure

Delivering Results and Meeting standard expectations

Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers and co-workers in a professional and courteous manner
