Indulge in the rich and delightful flavors of these Cappuccino Brownies. They're a perfect blend of coffee and chocolate in every bite!
Ingredients: 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup brown sugar. 4 large eggs. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 3/4 cup cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts optional.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by greasing it and lining it with parchment paper. Melt the butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Put in the brown sugar and granulated sugar, and mix them together well. After adding the vanilla extract, beat in the eggs one at a time. Mix the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, instant coffee granules, and salt together in a different bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. If you want to use them, fold in the chopped walnuts and semisweet chocolate chips. Spread the batter out evenly in the baking dish that has been prepared. If you stick a toothpick in the middle and it comes out with a few moist crumbs, the cake is done. Set the baking dish on a wire rack and let the brownies cool all the way down. Cut it into squares and serve after it has cooled. Have fun with your tasty Cappuccino Brownies!
