Также, Вы странно описали проблему. Принтер не может писать, что он отключен, тем более при печати. Наверняка, в очереди печати появляется какая-нибудь ошибка. Если принтер пишет про тонер, значит его датчик сообщает о его недостаточном количестве. Как вы определили что тонера достаточно, по весу картриджа? В картридже есть бункер отработки, куда попадает немалая часть излишков тонера при печати. Если вы сбросили счетчик и надпись больше не выводится, тогда что происходит, когда отправляете на печать? Здравствуйте, у меня такая проблема. Принтер марки Epson L765, не печатает с компьютера черно белым документом и не ксерокопирует черно белым документом, выделила цветным распечатал цветным. Краска в норме, печатаю периодически. Скажите пожалуйста, что делать если подключение проверила, сеть горит, а документы ставятся в очередь и не печатает принтер Canon LBR6555, почему-то при наведении мышью показывает статус 676 отключён 687 . А как же изменить этот статус? Проверяли принтер на другом ПК? Сбрасывали настройки принтера на заводские? Запускали калибровку и автоочистку? Попробуйте заменить картридж на фирменный, если все эти действия не помогают, видимо нуждается в ремонте. Картридж скорее всего чипованный и принтер 676 помнит 687 , что чернила в нём заканчивались.
