A tutto Canon: presentata la EOS M100, 4 obiettivi serie L e un flash

Dopo la recente introduzione da parte di Nikon della performante D850, oggi tocca a Canon introdurre una serie di nuovi prodotti.

La prima è una fotocamera mirrorless, la EOS M100. Erede della entry level M10, questa introduce il nuovo sensore da 24,2MP con il Dual Pixel AF (per la prima volta sulla fascia economica). Il sensore è come sempre un APS-C Canon (crop 1,6x) ed è coadiuvato dal processore di immagine nella sua ultima iterazione, il Digic 7. Lo schermo è touchscreen, inclinabile e ribaltabile verso l'alto, da 3" con circa un milione di punti (ideale per i selfie, non a caso è disponibile anche la modalità di levigatura della pelle). La raffica è salita fino a 4 frame al secondo che possono arrivare a 6,1 usando l'AF fisso, il range ISO è di 100-25600 ed è ovviamente presente il Wi-Fi con NFC (ma senza Bluetooth). L'EOS M100 è capace di registrare video in fullhd fino a 60p o timelapse automatici (sempre in fullhd). Sarà venduta a partire da ottobre 2017 nei colori Nero, Bianco o Bicolore, al prezzo di 619,99€ con l'obiettivo collassabile EF-M 15-45mm.

Il primo obiettivo presentato oggi è il Canon EF 85mm f/1.4L IS USM, una classica lente da ritratto che va ad integrare la già buona offerta della casa su questa focale, inserendosi tra l’85mm f/1.8 economico e l'85mm f/1.2L USM. Lo schema ottico è composto di 14 elementi in 10 gruppi, il diaframma è formato da 9 lamelle e la stabilizzazione ottica - graditissima aggiunta - è accreditata di 4 STOP. L'obiettivo è robusto, realizzato con il classico look'n’feel della serie L, ed è resistente agli agenti atmosferici. La messa a fuoco automatica è operata dal motore USM (ultrasonico) di Canon, veloce e preciso, ed è possibile intervenire in qualunque momento grazie all'ampia ghiera frontale. La disponibilità è fissata per il mese di novembre 2017 al prezzo di 1639,99€, leggermente superiore all'85mm f/1.4 di Sigma (che però manca di stabilizzazione).

Insieme a questo Canon ha presentato anche 3 lenti Tilt-shift "macro", le cui focali sono 50mm, 90mm e 135mm. Tutti questi obiettivi TS-E possiedono la funzione macro con un rapporto di riproduzione 1:2 (ingrandimento massimo di 0,5x) e presentano delle lenti super UD per catturare immagini più nitide, ridurre la rifrazione e ottimizzare il bilanciamento cromatico. Partendo dal primo, il Canon TS-E 50mm f/2.8L Macro è un obiettivo che sostituisce il vecchio TS-E 45 f/2.8 ed unisce al movimento di decentramento anche il basculamento, la rotazione e la modalità macro (ingrandimento 1:2). Canon dichiara che questa lente è pensata per la creazione di foto paesaggistiche creative, particolari architettonici e foto in studio. Su questa lente è possibile montare un aggiuntivo che permette di raggiungere il rapporto di ingrandimento 1:1. Il secondo e il terzo obiettivo della serie, il Canon TS-E 90mm f/2.8L Macro e il Canon TS-E 135mm f/2.8L Macro, sono pensati per i ritratti creativi, le foto in studio e la macrofotografia grazie anche ad una distanza di messa a fuoco ravvicinata (49cm per il 135mm). I tre obiettivi saranno disponibili all'acquisto dal mese di novembre 2017 al prezzo di 2609,99€ (cadauno).

L'ultimo prodotto presentato oggi è il flash Macro Twin Lite MT-26EX-RT. Come si intuisce dal nome e dall'immagine, si tratta di un flash per macrofotografia. Le luci sono posizionabili intorno all'obiettivo con intervalli di 5° e possono essere ruotate oppure avvicinate o allontanate. Il flash è dotato di diffusori per ogni testa per rendere più morbida la luce nel caso vengano usati per fare dei ritratti, ed integra anche un sistema di aiuto all'AF realizzato con LED bianchi, utile anche a valutare l'effetto finale della luce sull'oggetto fotografato. Il tempo di ricarica è stato accorciato fino a 5,5 secondi che scendono addirittura a 2,5 secondi utilizzando la batteria CP-E4N (opzionale). Nel flash è integrato il sistema RT che consente di controllare (tramite radiofrequenza) fino a 15 unità esterne (compatibili Canon) in 5 gruppi. Il flash sarà in vendita da novembre 2017 al prezzo di 1279,99€
