Do you have any good books on Charles Guiteau? I feel Garfield's assassin is the least well known
Yes, there are three books in particular that I'd recommend. Although none of them are solely about Guiteau, they all tell his story from various perspectives and cover the assassination of President Garfield.
鈥n Assassin in Utopia: The True Story of a Nineteenth-Century Sex Cult and a President's Murder by Susan Wels (BOOK | KINDLE | AUDIO)
鈥estiny of the Republic: A Tale of Madness, Medicine and the Murder of a President by Candice Millard (BOOK | KINDLE | AUDIO)
鈥ark Horse: The Surprise Election and Political Murder of President James A. Garfield by Kenneth D. Ackerman (BOOK | KINDLE)
I'd also suggest checking out the great PBS American Experience documentary about the Garfield Assassination -- "Murder of a President" -- from 2016. It's really well-done.
There's also an older American Experience film that is more focused on Guiteau -- "Insanity On Trial" from 1990 -- and it's actually available to watch for free on YouTube.

Who would you say are some exceptional female historians who've written about the US presidency?
There are scores of great female Presidential historians, so any quick list that I make will invariably leave deserving historians out and I apologize ahead of time. Before I begin the list, I want to give special recognition to one of the very best: Doris Kearns Goodwin's bibliography measures up against the books of any and all Presidential historians. Her first book, Lyndon Johnson and the American Dream: The Most Revealing Portrait of a President and Presidential Power Ever Written (BOOK | KINDLE | AUDIO) was originally published in 1976 but, in my opinion, remains one of the greatest Presidential biographies EVER written.
Others, in no particular order: 鈥argaret Leech 鈥my S. Greenberg 鈥lizabeth Drew 鈥renda Wineapple 鈥andice Millard 鈥mity Shlaes 鈥an Jarboe Russell 鈥nnette Gordon-Reed 鈥lexis Coe 鈥ady Bird Johnson (her diaries are priceless first-person accounts of her husband's Presidency and life in the White House) 鈥oanne B. Freeman 鈥ynne Cheney (surprisingly to most people, the wife of former Vice President Dick Cheney is a respected historian who has written excellent books on James Madison and the early Presidents from Virginia) 鈥awn Brodie 鈥ida D. Donald 鈥ate Andersen Brower 鈥lizabeth Brown Pryor 鈥eggy Noonan 鈥ancy Gibbs 鈥ancy Isenberg 鈥usan Swain 鈥argaret Truman 鈥dna Greene Medford

With one of my favourite modern celebrations coming up next week, Galentines, I wanted to recommend some books about friendship and empowerment that I have loved.
Alexa start playing Perfect Night by Le Sserafim*, it's time to recommend some books!
(*or any other empowering anthem you know of)
Girl Squads: 20 Female Friendships that changed history by Sam Maggs - a graphic novel that explores different famous friendships in history, this book is a fantastic read that delivers everything you ever wanted to know by so many women in history. Spanning the arts, activism and science and diverse, this is definitely perfect for Galentines.
Empress & Aniya by Candice Carty-Williams - a YA short read that sometimes stretches your disbelief to breaking point but charming nonetheless, this book is definitely about friendship and being there for your friends when they are going through terrible situations. If you have Audible you can listen to this book for free as part of their plus catalogue, I'd recommend you do if you want a charming cosy read for a couple of hours.
Little Women by Louisa May Alcott - I mean, they are sisters I guess, but they are supportive of one another and that's what friendship is, like a good bra, supportive. The story of the March sisters and their lives, my favourite is Jo but I think anyone can relate to all of these women as they grow up, get married and live their lives. A very accessible classic with some beautiful editions, it's a must have for your bookshelf.
Brown Girls by Daphne Palasi Andreades - A poetically book about young brown women growing up in Brooklyn, New York, Brown Girls is a fantastic read as this group of friends come of age in a city that never stops and has a look into the inequalities these young women face as they find their space in their world.
The Strange Case Of The Alchemist's Daughter by Theodora Goss - The story of The Athena Club, who are all daughters of fictional villains, be that Doctor Jekyll or Van Helsing later on in this series, this book is extraordinary fantasy and a fantastic book on a group of friends brought together in strange circumstances, plus a dash of Sherlock Holmes, literally.
Giant Days by John Allison - This comic covers the years of three girls as they figure who they are at university, be that Susan, Daisy or Esther, these girls are some of my still favourite characters and all of them have their relateable moments to laugh, cry or cringe at. One of my favourite graphic novel series, these three are some of my favourite friendships in ficition.
What would you recommend? I'd love to hear what books you love!
Hope you have a wonderful Galentines!

What would the main cast and the V-Twins clones think of each other?
Hmm..
Susan and Mary both are quick to see that Cleo is not someone anyone would be safe around, and try to keep themselves, Johnny and Dukey as far away from her as possible. Due to Candice's close connection with Cleo, they also obviously don't trust her, but they think it's a situation where Cleo is manipulating Candice into being around her at first (before it's revealed that if anything, it's the other way around).
Dukey is low-key scared of Cleo due to her brash and quick-tempered attitude so he stays clear from her, but is unexplainably even more terrified of Candice and tries not to go anywhere near her. (It's later revealed that Dukey practically has a sixth sense for manipulative people, so even if his first interaction with Candice wasn't exactly strange or out of the ordinary, he immediately knew that something was off with her.) He does try to make sure that Johnny doesn't interact with them too often, especially alone, but he ultimately doesn't prevent him from doing so if he insists on it.
Johnny, before finding out their plan on taking over the world, finds an odd comfort in them since they were the only other vampires around and them looking alot like his sisters. He's very weary of Cleo, and never interacts with her in a one to one situation. On the other hand, he quickly gets attached to Candice due to her calm and motherly nature and would always cling to her every chance he got. That's because ever since he got turned, he felt like he couldn't voice his frustratings and fears about his vampirism with anyone, especially Lila, who he always looked to whenever he was upset for comfort. With Candice acting motherly and understanding towards him, he felt like a recently made hole had been filled.
Cleo views the twins and Dukey as obstacles in the plan, and views Johnny as a pawn in it. Nothing more, nothing less.
Candice views the twins and Dukey as something that needs to be "removed from the equation", yet she views Johnny as her own little brother, or even as a son at times.
