...so Fae Frat boys are invading the camp?
Attention
Campers, we believe it may in fact be possibile that camp has been set upon by a host of Fae known as the Revellers. They are a nomadic collection of fae that travel all over the world, to indulge in endless partying and...debauchery.
Of all the groups we've taught you about, this lot are incredibily dangerous due to simply being unpredictable. We advise all campers to avoid locations with loud music, unauthorised bonfires, and to try to obey the curfew until we manage to track down the host and make them leave - E.âïž

Dark! Percy Jackson Reverse Harem x Reader|| Chapter Four
<<< Chapter Three
You tried to fight them with your hardest, but you barely land hits on any of them.
But the sword is hard for you to handle and your hits are sloppy.
In the end, you got injured.
No, Ares's children didn't harm you, you cut yourself up with the sword by accident.
However, Percy fought them all off and your team won capture the flag.
Annabeth shoved Percy in the water where your doubts were confirmed as Poseidon claimed him as his son.
After the game, Chiron called you over to give you a letter from your mother.
For some reason you were so scared to open it, feeling like your mother was declaring in the letter that she disowns you and doesn't want to see you ever again.
But, it is the opposite of that.
My Sweet Angel,
I apologize for appearing like a coward, but I needed to get you to the camp.
However...I couldn't bring myself to enter the place because it brought bad memories for me.
I hate it, but I know it's necessary for your safety.
And you must understand that I would never be ashamed of you, I'm quiet proud of you.
After all, I was in your position when I was young.
PS. Your stepfather sends you his love and will prepare you all of your favorite food when you return home.
From your beloved mother,
Calista
You let out a happy laugh, finally feeling at ease that you misunderstood the whole situation.
Your mother loves you, but wait...
...She is a demigod.
But what do that make you?
Also who is her godly parent.
You will ask Chiron about it later, he must know who he is.
Suddenly you hear knocking on the front of your cabin door, you go to open it only to see Annabeth.
You smile at her cheerful and shyly but invite her inside.
Once she is inside, you begin apologizing.
"I'm sorry about my performance, I swear I tried my best but-"
She cuts you off.
"No need to worry, you did amazing on your first try"
Your expression brightens up.
"Thank you"
"No problem, girls stick together, am I right?" Annabeth says with a smile.
"Yes...would you like to stay over and chit chat for a bit?"
"Sure!"
And that's how you made a first female best friend in camp.
°°°
"I chose you for the quest, you cannot say no to it"
"Well, the quest is going to fail, did you not see my fighting skill? It's horrible!"
Percy as usual barged into your cabin to inform you of the quest.
"Come on, Grover and Annabeth will be there too, there is nothing to fear"
Your eyes grow big upon hearing the name 'Grover'Â as a smile appears on your face.
"Grover is here? Is he also a demigod?"
°°°
"You are a Satyr?"
You tilt your head, looking down at the tan skinned boy's legs.
"Yes...weird, I know"
"No, it's not weird at all, actually it is kind of cute" you say.
Grover smiles and blushes but Percy walks between you both, to break the nearness.
"We need to focus on the quest" Percy asserts with jealousy.
"Is that Thalia?" you ask Annabeth as she says goodbye to the tree.
"Yes"
"Sheâs really gonna miss that tree, huh?"
Percy says sarcastically, looking with envy as you interact with Annabeth, also patting the tree gently, saying something he can't hear.
He doesn't want you to interact with anyone.
If he can lock you up, he will do it.
"When Annabeth first arrived here with Thalia and Luke, they were being chased by monsters. Agents of Hades. Sisters. Furies."
"Mrs. Dodds?" Percy points out.
"Yes! One was our algebra teacher. Alecto. Thalia turned back to fight to buy her friends some time. Her satyr protector tried to stop her, but she wouldnât listen. So, at the last moment... Zeus intervened to save her life and... changed her form."
"The most powerful being in the universeâs best idea to save his daughterâs life... was to turn her into a tree?"
Percy mocks after his friend finishes explaining as you and Annabeth walk back to them.
"She was the bravest demigod I ever knew. She fought valiantly, and she met a heroâs fate." Annabeth defends.
"She met a pineconeâs fate."
"Percy" you exclaim, piniching his arm.
"What? I'm telling the truth"
You sigh in anger, before turning to Annabeth with a gentle expression and say.
"If I ever meet Zeus, I'm going to give him a piece of my mind"
Grover nods his head slowly at you.
"Yeah, so he can strike you down with lighting bolt"
"Can't strike me down with something he lost"
You say playfully walking ahead of them.
"She is going to get us killed" Annabeth mutter
"And I don't mind dying for her" Percy respond firmly, following after you like a lovesick puppy.
°°°
Calista walks around the house, cleaning every corner and making sure everything is in order.
She developed an OCD, ever since she became pregnant with her only daughter, you.
The demigod woman feared that all her past relationships with the gods might come back and slap her in the face through you.
She would die if something happened to you, that's why she thought it was the best decision to send you to Camp Half-Blood.
While doing house work, the doorbell rings, she walk over to the front door and opens it.
But once she sees who is on the other side, she tries to close it, but the person stops her and shoves his way in.
"This is no good way to greet me, young lady"
"What are you doing here?" Calista demands in fear.
"Well, I came to take you back to the underworld"
Hades answers back with a smirk.
"I'm not going anywhere, my daughter-"
"Don't worry, I sent someone to get her, so we can all become a big happy family"

đ© Simblr question of the day: Choose a sim of your own that you consider your/a fave, then choose one sim from three (or more!) different simblrs, now imagine what those sims would be like in a room together? Who's walking out first? Who's staying the longest? Who would get along? Who wouldn't get along at all? Elaborate as much or as little as you'd like :) (p.s please feel free to share this to others, anon or not, and feel free to use the hashtag " SQOTD "! I love seeing everyone's answers and reading them makes my day ~ đ ) (p.p.s I saw you ask for the best friend ask, be on the lookout for that sometime soon :))
Oh my gosh I have so many ideas I'll have to put them under a cut!
Brunch Date
First up we're going BIG! I'm talking time to ship up every single member of the York family to go and meet the Alegria family by @matchalovertrait! Wouldn't be too massive of a trip though since we're mostly all in Tartosa.
I suspect Devin and Dulce would get along. I think Aaron would probably be a bit too pompous for Erick to maintain a conversation with. I'm guessing Noemi would probably not mind talking to Calista since they're both family and career women. Angel would probably be the one helping Joey make sure Alfred and Rilian are having fun.
Supernatural Hang out
Sending my werewolf Samir, his boyfriend Reece, and the Knightstone's to try and make friends...
They would be meeting up with Caleb and Morgan by @marcishaun, as well as Lou and Lux by @ethicaltreatmentofcowplants.
As well as Priscilla, Tony and Moumou by @eljeebee and the Bohan family by @aliengirl.
First up Moumou (who's a cat if you didn't know) would be surrounded by all the younger sims. The youngest would probably just all be sitting there making imitation cat noises. I like to think Silas would be interested to meet Carina and Orion and have a million questions about how they manage to look both human and alien at the same time.
Blue would tell Adam how he carried a pregnancy and Adam would storm off in horror for several reasons. First off Adam doesn't want more kids. Plus he's hot headed. Then of course Adam hates UFO aliens getting humans pregnant and would probably feel like the tale hits to close to home, even though Rhea and Blue made their kids with love. Suzanna however would be fascinated to learn about the process.
Priscilla would likely try to cheer up Caleb about being a vampire while Tony would probably try to impart some wisdom about being a human in love with an immortal to Morgan.
Let's be real Samir would probably sit there brooding the entire time but Reece would undoubtedly be chatting at a million miles an hour with Lou and Lex to try and learn all he could about real werewolves.
EDIT: I forgot my main point which is I think most of them would enjoy talking about plants and gardening and nature.
Animal Get Together
Cluckton would be hanging out in a park with Matilda from @sharona-sims...
Le Chat by @akitasimblr, Nougat by @kissalopa and Daisy by @lauralovelysims
They would get up to mysterious animal things
Universes Collide
Amiyah and her siblings by @deardiaryts4 are invited to the Chopra Homestead!
I would invite the other Rahul but I think things could get awkward if Amiyah's parents show up considering her Cassandra is best friends with the woman who married and then divorced Rahul...
I think Amiyah would spend the time trying to teach Savannah and Mercedes how to dance and would probably give them several make overs. Cassandra would find it fascinating to meet these alternate universe Rahul offspring where as Rahul would probably be a bit creeped out.
Casual Drinks!
Sending Joey to meet the infamous Ben Ben by @slightly-ludic for a night on the town! You know Ben needs a drink after that Jungle Adventure!
Of course we're also inviting Astrid by @simmerbeans and Stan and Milena by @stargazer-sims.
A lot of the talk would revolve around travel and what different countries are like. I think Astrid would love talking to Ben and Stan, Joey would do his best to comment on the conversation but secretly be eyeing up whatever single ladies are in the bar. Of course Joey and Ben would say some dopey stuff earning them eyerolls from the other three. I think the younger ones would benefit from time with Stan and Milena though, get some life lessons.

--Â
Just as his lips were about to touch mine, a familiar voice cut through the moment. âGood to see youâre safe home, brother!â Â
Ezra stood behind us, Cyrus breathed out like an angry bull, a flicker of purple power visible in his eyes. He looked over his shoulder at his brother with an unreadable expression, but I noticed a hint of irritation in his gaze. Â
Cyrus and I quickly pulled apart, I was still startled by the interruption. Ezraâs eyes landed on me, they softened slightly as he turned his attention to his brother. âIâve been looking for you. Father send me, we have matters to discuss.â  Â
Cyrus nodded, âOf course.â Though his gaze lingered on me for a moment longer. "Weâll talk later.â He leaned in and pressed a gentle kiss to my cheek, his lips soft and warm against my skin. It was a brief, tender gesture that sent a shiver of both warmth and longing through me.Â
As Cyrus walked toward Ezra, I noticed the somber look in his brotherâs eyes. The bright green that usually sparkled with a fierce intensity was now shadowed with a deep sadness that was trying to say something to me.  Â
I wanted to asks what was wrong but before I could even open my mouth he turned away.  Â
--Â
Weeks passed, and although my family was here, I felt lost. Cyrus was constantly occupied with political issues and meetings, leaving little time for us to spend together. Ezra had reverted to ignoring me; even when we crossed paths, he barely acknowledged my presence.Â
Micah had settled into his proper private schooling, thriving in the structured environment. My uncle, too, found joy in his work at the stables, his days filled with purpose and satisfaction. Meanwhile, I spent my time either in the library, losing myself in books, or wandering the gardens, seeking solace in the beauty around me.Â
One afternoon, as I strolled through the gardens, I overheard Marie and some other girls giggling and chatting excitedly. Intrigued, I approached them. âWhatâs all this about?â I asked, curious to understand the source of their excitement.Â
Marie turned to me with a bright smile. âWeâre talking about the summer festival! Itâs a traditional celebration to mark the start of the season. There will be music, dancing, and all sorts of festivities.â A spark of interest ignited within me. âThat sounds wonderful. Tell me more about it.âÂ
Marieâs eyes lit up as she explained. âThe festival is held in the town square. Itâs a time when everyone comes together to celebrate. There are stalls with food and crafts, games for the children, and in the evening, thereâs a grand ball where everyone dances under the stars.âÂ
The idea of the festival stirred a longing within me. It sounded like a perfect escape from the monotony and loneliness that had settled over me. âDo you think I could join you?â I asked, feeling a flicker of excitement.Â
âOf course!â Marie exclaimed. âWeâd love to have you with us. Itâll be a lot of fun, and itâs a great way to meet more people and experience the local traditions.âÂ
As the festival day approached, I found myself looking forward to it more and more. Marie and I walked through the halls, her excitement infectious. She mentioned that I should dress traditionally for the festival, and she had a dress she wanted me to try on. As we made our way through the palace, we passed Cyrus and Ezra. We bowed slightly, intending to continue on our way, but Cyrusâs eyes caught on the gown in Marieâs hands.Â
âWhat is that for?â he asked, his tone curious but wary. âItâs for the festival,â I replied, my excitement bubbling over. However, his expression immediately darkened. âYouâre not going,â he declared firmly. âHave you forgotten what happened the last time you were among the people, alone?âÂ
âI wonât be alone,â I protested. âMarie will be with me.âÂ
âI donât trust anyone to keep you safe,â Cyrus retorted, his tone final. âAnd I have no time for this nonsense.â Marie, who had been quiet up to this point, spoke up with remarkable politeness. âIf I may, Your Highness, perhaps your brother could escort us? Surely, Prince Ezra is capable of keeping Lady Calista safe.âÂ
Both men were stunned into silence for a moment. Cyrusâs eyes flicked to Ezra, a mixture of surprise and consideration in his gaze. Ezra, to my surprise, nodded slightly. âI do have time,â Ezra said, his voice calm. âIf it pleases you, brother, I can escort Calista and Marie to the festival.âÂ
"I already told Micah, he wants me to take him.â I was hoping it would convince him in some way. Cyrus seemed to weigh his options, his jaw tight with frustration. Finally, he sighed and nodded.Â
âFine. But you stay close to Ezra at all times,â he said, pointing a finger at me. âNo wandering off.âÂ
I nodded eagerly, grateful for the opportunity. âThank you, my prince.â A soft smile appeared on his lips. "My prince" had become more of a nickname, and I knew he liked it. I noticed how he warmed up to me whenever I said it.Â
The next day, we prepared for the festival. Marie helped me into the traditional gown, a beautiful dress, simple yet elegant, with a soft flowery pattern on the fabric and golden details woven into the seams. I felt like I was part of something special, a bridge between my world and theirs.Â
âYou look perfect,â Marie said with a smile as she adjusted the final details. âI had the seamstress add some extra details since you are soon married to the crown prince. My old dress would be too simple for you.â Â
Micah was equally excited, dressed in his best clothes. We met Ezra at the entrance of the palace. He was dressed more casually than usual but still held an air of quiet authority. As we made our way to the festival, I couldnât help but feel a mix of excitement and nervousness.Â
The town square was alive with music, laughter, and the vibrant colours of the festival. Stalls lined the streets, offering an array of food, crafts, and games. The air was filled with the delicious scents of roasted meats and sweet pastries.Â
Ezra stayed close, his presence reassuring. Micah ran ahead, his excitement contagious. As we wandered through the festival, I felt a sense of normalcy that had been missing from my life for so long. We played games, sampled food, and watched performances. The townspeople were curious but friendly, their initial wariness dissolving as they saw me interacting with them genuinely.Â
As the evening approached, the festival reached its peak. The town square was transformed into a dance floor, lanterns casting a warm glow over the crowd. Ezra and I stood at the edge, watching the dancers. Micah had found a group of children to play with and was laughing heartily.Â
I started to dance with Micah and Marie, jumping and turning among the people, their laughter mingling with the music. Amidst the carefree moments, my eyes caught Ezra's. He stood at the edge of the crowd, a soft smile playing on his lips as he watched us.Â
Feeling a sudden urge to share this joy with him, I moved through the people and grabbed his arm. "Come dance with me," I said, breathless and smiling, tugging at his arm.Â
He hesitated, a slight uncertainty in his eyes. Without thinking, I stepped closer, looking up at him with a playful plea. "Please," I whispered.Â
Ezra sighed, but the warmth in his eyes gave him away. "Fine," he said, allowing me to pull him into the throng of dancers.Â
We twirled and turned, jumping and dancing with abandon. The music seemed to carry us, the night air filled with laughter and the scent of summer blooms. Ezra's initial reluctance melted away as he joined in the revelry, his movements graceful yet full of unexpected joy.Â
As the moon climbed higher, casting its silver light over the festival, we found ourselves lost in the rhythm. I felt a connection with him, a shared moment of freedom and happiness that transcended the complexities of our lives.Â
Finally, as the music slowed and the dancers began to disperse, we came to a stop, both of us breathless and laughing. "Thank you," I said, still holding his hand.Â
Ezra looked at me, his green eyes soft and warm. "I want to show you something," he said, and then asked Marie to look after Micah for a moment. She agreed with a knowing smile, and Ezra led me up a small mountain overlooking the party. We found a spot between a few trees, where we could see the twinkling stars above and the lights of the festival below, like small fireflies dancing in the night.Â
From our vantage point, I watched Micah eating candy and dancing around with Marie. "It's beautiful," I said, my voice filled with wonder.Â
"Yes, it is," Ezra whispered behind me. I turned to see that he wasn't looking at the view; he was looking at me. Â
The atmosphere changed, becoming warm and tingling. I looked at Ezra, really looked at him, and remembered what had drawn me to him the first time we met. He was so beautiful, even here in the dark he gave off warmth and light. I had that feeling in my stomach again, just like I had when I met him at the market. A shiver moved over my body, and he noticed, assuming I was cold.Â
Without hesitation, he took off his jacket and placed it over my shoulders. The gesture brought him even closer, so close that his scent enveloped meâearthy, with a hint of something uniquely Ezra.Â
âBetter?â he asked softly, his voice barely above a whisper.Â
I nodded, unable to find my words. The warmth of his jacket did little to calm the fluttering in my stomach, but it felt comforting nonetheless. âThank you,â I managed to say.Â
Ezra smiled, his eyes reflecting the twinkling lights of the festival below. âYouâre so beautiful,â he whispered under his breath, so quietly that I wasnât sure if Iâd really heard it or if my mind was playing tricks on me. But he didnât step back.Â
I looked up at him, surprised by his openness. âEzra, IâŠâÂ
Before I could continue, he gently placed a finger on my lips. âYou donât have to say anything,â he said, his gaze intense and unwavering. âI just wanted you to know that.âÂ
We stood there, wrapped in the stillness of the night, the sounds of the festival faint in the distance. Slowly, Ezraâs hand moved from my lips to my cheek, his thumb brushing lightly against my skin. He didnât move; he just looked at me.Â
I couldnât hold back anymore. I wanted to touch him. My hands moved to the back of his neck, feeling his long hair through my fingers. It was as soft as Iâd imagined. He closed his eyes, leaning into my touch. Without any further hesitation, I stood on my toes again, no thoughts going through my mind, and kissed him once, very softlyÂ
Ezraâs eyes fluttered open, a mixture of surprise and something deeper reflecting in them. For a second, I thought I had made a mistake, but then he pulled me closer, his arms wrapping around my waist, and returned the kiss with a tenderness that made my heart ache. The world around us faded into a blur of distant lights and muffled sounds.Â
When we finally pulled away, we were both breathless. Ezra rested his forehead against mine, his hands still holding me close. My body reacted to his touch in a way I had never experienced before. When Cyrus was close, I felt a thrilling nervousness, an excitement. But how Ezra held me, touched me, it was as if the soft morning sun warmed my skin. I instantly knew I wanted more. So, I dared to kiss him again.Â
Ezra whispered my name, probably trying to hold me back, but my lips muffled the sound. He responded, his kiss deepening as he pulled me even closer. Â
His hands continued to move gently over the small of my back as he walked me backwards, his touch both soothing and electrifying. My body seemed to crave his closeness, every kiss and caress deepening the desire I felt. When my back finally touched the willow tree, I grew more confident, like someone addicted to the warmth and comfort he offered. Â
My hands roamed over his broad shoulders, feeling the strength and warmth beneath his shirt. âCalista,â Ezra murmured, his voice low and filled with emotion. âWe canât⊠Itâs too complicated.âÂ
My immediate instinct was to tell him, I looked into his eyes, feeling the depth of my own confession. âI need you,â I said, my voice trembling with raw honesty. Ezraâs eyes widened in shock, his breath catching in his throat. âWhat?â he asked, disbelief and something elseâsomething softerâflashing across his features. âI know itâs complicated,â I continued, my voice steady despite the whirlwind of emotions. âBut being with you⊠itâs the only thing that feels right. Â
Ezraâs eyes were locked onto mine, his expression a turbulent mix of longing and concern. âCalista, if weâŠâ he began, but his voice faltered as he took a deep breath. âI canât do this to my brother.âÂ
My heart ached at his words. I pulled him closer, my hands clutching his shoulders. âEzra, please,â I begged, my voice trembling with desperation. âI know itâs difficult, but I need you. We donât have to... Just be with me, even if itâs only for this moment. PleaseâÂ
He closed his eyes, struggling internally. I could see the conflict etched in his features, the fight between his feelings for me and his sense of duty to his brother. His forehead was pressed against mine, and I could feel the warmth of his breath mingling with my own.Â
âCalista, you donât understandâŠâ Ezraâs voice was barely a whisper, full of emotion. âThis is tearing me apart. I know the consequences.â I cupped his face in my hands, forcing him to look at me. âI do understand,â I said softly. "Do you really want me to marry him? Is that what you really want?"Â
Ezraâs eyes were pained as he looked at me, his hand gently brushing away the tear that had fallen down my cheek. âIf thatâs what it takes to keep you in my life, then yes,â he said softly, his voice filled with a mixture of sadness and resolve.Â
My heart ached at his words. Ezraâs gaze remained steady, though his eyes were filled with sorrow. âI saw how close you and Cyrus became after the tour,â he said quietly. âIâm sure he can make you happy. I want you to be happy, even if it means...âÂ
I shook my head, frustration and sadness mingling in my voice. âCyrus sees this as a business deal. He doesnât love me, Ezra. Heâs marrying me because he has to, not because he wants to.âÂ
âHe might say that but it's not true, I know him.â Ezra continued. More tears rolled down my cheeks. Ezra held me close, his arms enveloping me in a warm embrace as I cried. âPlease,â I whispered against his shoulder, âjust donât ignore me anymore. Be my friend.âÂ
He nodded against my hair, his voice gentle but firm. âI promise,â he said softly. âIâll be here for you, no matter what.â With that promise, he gently pulled away, giving me a reassuring smile. We made our way back to the festival, we joined Micah and Marie, trying to enjoy the festivities, but my mind was still reeling from the emotional upheaval.Â
I walked through the door of my bedroom, my heart sinking at the sight of Cyrus sitting on the foot end of my bed in the dark, his posture weary and his face lined with exhaustion. The festival had been a whirlwind of emotions, and now, facing him, I felt a mix of apprehension and curiosity.Â
He looked up as I entered, his eyes meeting mine with a tired but intense gaze. âCalista,â he said quietly, his voice carrying a hint of concern. âI was waiting for you.âÂ
I took a hesitant step forward, unsure of what to expect. I looked down at Cyrus as he gently pulled me to stand between his legs, the room was quiet, the first light of dawn illuminating his features and casting a soft glow around us.Â
His hand held mine, and I could feel the warmth and sincerity in his touch. âCan I stay with you?â he asked, his voice tentative, betraying the exhaustion he had been hiding. The request was simple, yet it held so much moreâan indication of his need for comfort and a deeper connection.Â
I hesitated for a moment, feeling the gravity of the situation. Could I say no to him? Could I deny him the solace he clearly sought? The nightâs events, the emotional conversation, and the lingering feelings made it impossible for me to turn him away.Â
I shook my head gently, a small, reassuring smile forming on my lips. âCyrus, you donât have to ask. Of course, you can stay.â His eyes softened with relief and gratitude. I changed into my night gown seeing him already in one side of the bed. Â
As I settled beside him, his arm wrapped around my shoulders, pulling me closer. The warmth of his body and the steady rhythm of his breath against mine created a sense of calm. It felt good but not right, as if someone else was meant to be in there... someone... Ezra? Â
We sat there in silence, the nightâs exhaustion and worries slowly fading away. Cyrus's hand caressed my shoulder and back gently, his touch soothing. As we settled into the comfort of each other's presence, he broke the silence with a question, his voice soft and cautious.Â
âHow was your night?â he asked, his gaze searching mine.Â
With my eyes still closed, trying to capture the calmness of the moment. âIt was fine,â I replied, my voice tinged with a mix of fatigue and contentment. He seemed to consider my answer for a moment before asking another question. âAnd how did Ezra act?âÂ
âHe was a gentleman,â I said, trying to be honest while respecting the complexity of our situation.Â
Cyrus's expression shifted, a mixture of relief and something else flickering across his face. He gently lifted my chin with his finger, urging me to meet his gaze directly. âPromise me one thing,â he said, his voice almost a whisper, âpromise me you wonât fall in love with Ezra.âÂ
I felt a lump in my throat, the weight of his request pressing heavily on me. The emotional turmoil of the evening, coupled with the intensity of Cyrusâs gaze, made it difficult to respond immediately. I swallowed hard, trying to steady my voice.Â
âWell, you are here, in my bed, not your brother,â I said softly, my words carrying a mix of resignation and sincerity, not wanting to tell a lie, not wanting to admit it might have been too late for that. Â
A flicker of a smile touched Cyrusâs lips, without another word, he leaned in and kissed me. Cyrusâs kiss was hard, a chill contrasted to the kiss I shared before, sharp against the warmth of my skin. Despite the coldness, it sent a shiver down my spine, making my heart race. As our lips finally parted, I couldnât meet his gaze, so instead of leaning in for another kiss or pressing for more, I lowered my head to his chest, resting there. Â
I thought about the reasons why I was here, the promise I made to myself, needing to give my family a better life, the expectations set upon me. It felt like a delicate balancing act, one where my own desires were set aside for the greater good.Â
Cyrusâs arms wrapped around me, holding me firmly, as I leaned into his embrace, the silence between us felt heavy with unspoken words and emotions. I gathered the courage to ask, my voice barely above a whisper, âWhy did you kiss me?âÂ
I tried not to look up at him, afraid of what I might see in his eyes. His voice was soft, tinged with an emotion I couldnât quite place. âYou have no idea what you do to me, do you?â he said. âBut I promise, I wonât push you into anything you donât want. If you wish for me to go, I will.âÂ
His words hung in the air, offering me an out, a choice. But I shook my head, feeling the complexity of my own emotions. As much as I wished he were Ezra, I realized I didnât want to be alone. The comfort and security Cyrus offered were undeniable, even if my heart was conflicted.Â
âI donât want you to go,â I said softly, my voice steady despite the whirlwind inside me. I felt his embrace tighten slightly, a silent acknowledgment of my decision. In that moment, I decided to lean into the present, to find peace in Cyrusâs arms.Â
For now, I allowed myself to be held, to feel the warmth and security of his arms around me. As we stayed there, wrapped in each otherâs embrace, the first light of dawn began to filter into the room. But we fell asleep like that and slept till early next morning. Â
Â
By the time I woke up I noticed Cyrus was still asleep, wondering how much he needed a good night rest. I saw the hard and cold look washed away, seeing the boy he once must have been.Â
For a moment, I simply watched him, feeling a strange mixture of emotions. He looked so peaceful, so vulnerable in his sleep, and I couldnât help but wonder about the life he had before all the responsibilities and expectations were placed on his shoulders.Â
Marie knocked on the door and walked in like usual, embarrassed to see us. She excused herself and walked back out. Â
Carefully, I slipped out of his embrace, trying not to wake him. I needed a moment to collect my thoughts, to process everything that had happened. As I stood up, Cyrus stirred slightly, but his eyes remained closed.Â
I walked to the door and opened it. Marie was still standing there. âIs everything alright, my lady?â she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.Â
I nodded, offering a small smile. âYes, everything is fine. Thank you, Marie. He just needed a moment last night and I guess we fell asleep.â She nodded, though her eyes still held a myriad of questions and mischief. âShall I prepare anything for you or the prince?âÂ
âNo, that wonât be necessary,â I replied. âJust... give us some time.â She hesitated, then asked, âDo you need any painkillers or a hot water bottle?â I looked confused, not understanding what she meant. She thought I was pretending and continued, âItâs very normal not to wait for your wedding night to be... close.âÂ
My eyes grew wide. âOh no, Marie!â I lowered my voice before continuing, afraid he would wake up. âNo, itâs nothing like that.â My cheeks turned a bright shade of pink even thinking about it. âWhat itâs not that weird.â she added, trying to make me more comfortable to talk about it. âNo, I mean it, we just slept. I swear!â She nodded but I could tell she didnât believe me. Â
I walked back into the room, trying to close the door silently. But Cyrus was already awake, still lying in bed and stretching his arm, motioning for me to join him again. He still looked sleepy, a playful glint in his eyes. Â
"Good morning," he murmured with a lazy smile. "I was afraid you ran away." I returned his smile and slipped back into bed beside him. "I just had to make sure Marie knew nothing happened between us." Â
His expression shifted, a hint of sadness clouding his features. "And what if people think we are... having sex? " he asked softly. "Would that be such a bad thing?" I blinked in surprise, my cheeks flushing. Â
"But we're not," I stammered, feeling the warmth of embarrassment spread. Cyrus sighed, his gaze holding mine. "I know, Calista. But does it bother you so much what people think? You are my fiancĂ©e." Â
I hesitated, trying to find the right words. "It's not that, Cyrus. It's just..." My mind raced. What was I supposed to say? That I kissed his brother last night? That despite his request, I thought I might be in love his Ezra? Instead, I settled on something simpler. Â
"I thought you wanted this to be a fake engagement and marriage." Cyrus didn't respond immediately. He watched me, his eyes searching mine as if trying to understand something hidden. Â
Finally, he asked, "Have you ever been with a man before?" My cheeks burned with embarrassment, and I looked away. "No," I admitted softly. There was a moment of silence before Cyrus spoke again, his voice gentle. "I thought so. You are... shy. It's cute."Â
Shy? I wondered. Was it because I hadnât kissed him back last night? Because I hadnât jumped him this morning? I didn't feel shy with Ezra the other night... I begged him for more. "It's not that I purposely kept myself from it," I answered, feeling the need to explain. "But living in our small town, sharing a bed with my little nephew, isn't really ideal for finding a man." Â
Cyrus smiled, a genuine warmth in his eyes. "You shouldn't rush, Calista. Being pure is a gift." I looked at him, seeing a tenderness I hadn't fully noticed before. "It's just... the fear for needing to feed another mouth was just too real." He leaned in, pressing a gentle kiss to my forehead. "You don't need to explain." Â
He pulled me back to him, and I felt relieved that he didn't push me into anything. Despite lying in bed with a god, he was being considerate and gentle. My heart beat faster at the thought of how easily he could force himself if he wanted to, yet he chose not to. Â
Cyrus's arms around me were warm and protective, and I found comfort in his presence. "Thank you," I whispered, resting my head on his chest, listening to the steady rhythm of his heartbeat. Â
--Â
A few days later, I walked into the courtyard and saw Ezra and Cyrus training, their swords clashing with a rhythmic intensity. The swords were the ones I recognized from the painting in the library, ancient and beautifully crafted, my uncle would admire the work put into it. Â
Both men were shirtless, their muscles rippling with each movement. I couldn't help but marvel at how different they were: Cyrus with his godly elegance and calm cold demeanour, and Ezra with his more rugged, intense presence, yet both were equally handsome in their own way. Â
Ezra noticed me first, pausing mid-swing. "Looks like we have company," he said, a teasing smile playing on his lips. Cyrus followed his gaze and smiled when he saw me. "Good morning, Calista." Â
Gathering my courage, I walked over to them. "Good morning," I replied. "I was wondering if you could teach me." The brothers gave each other a doubtful look. âItâs just, for self-defence.â Cyrus looked thoughtful for a moment, then sighed. "If you're determined, I'll teach you." Â
Ezra took it as a sign to take a seat on the side, Cyrus turned to him, a teasing glint in his eye. "Don't you have somewhere to be, brother?" Ezra looked nervous, glancing at me before quickly looking away. Cyrus added with a smirk, "Didnât you have a date with Lady Sara?" Â
My heart dropped. "Who is Sara?" I asked, the words almost sticking in my throat. Cyrus turned back to me, his expression neutral. "An old friend." The way he said "friend" implied a lot more than mere friendship. He continued, "She's had her eyes on Ezra for decades. I'm glad my brother is finally giving her more than a few occasional nights together." Â
Ezra shifted uncomfortably, but he didn't deny it. The information hit me harder than I expected, a pang of jealousy and confusion twisting in my chest. I had spent so much time trying to navigate my feelings for him, thinking why he didn't return the feelings, I thought it was simply because he cared for his brother, when it turns out his heart might belong to someone else. Â
Ezra left us trying to look normal but I saw the guilt the petty in his eyes for me.Â
--Â
Cyrus guided me through the initial steps, his voice steady and calm. "Feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent. Keep your weight balanced." Despite my efforts to concentrate, I couldn't shake the image of him with Lady Sara from my mind. The jealousy was irrational.Â
I had no claim over Ezra, just as I had no real claim over Cyrus, but it was there, gnawing at me. As Cyrus corrected my grip on the practice sword, he gave me an encouraging smile. "You're doing well." I forced a smile in return. The training session continued, but my heart wasn't fully in it. Â
My mind kept drifting to Ezra and this Lady Sara, and I struggled to focus on Cyrus's instructions. Suddenly, Cyrus made a swift move I didn't see coming. I almost lost my balance, but he caught me, his strong arms steadying me. Being this close to him sent shivers down my body. Â
His gaze was intense, searching my face for any sign of distress. "Are you alright?" he asked, his voice gentle. I nodded, trying to compose myself. "Yes, just... distracted." Cyrus's expression softened. " it's a lot for one day." As he held me, I remembered what he had said about Ezra and Lady Sara. Â
A surge of emotions overwhelmed me, confusion, jealousy, guilt. Without thinking, I leaned in and kissed Cyrus, hoping to push thoughts of Ezra out of my mind. Cyrus was momentarily surprised but didn't pull away. Instead, he responded by deepening the kiss, his tongue pressing against my lips. Â
As I tried to take a breath, he took it as a sign of encouragement. My body reacted differently from my mind, and I let myself go on autopilot, pulling him closer against me. The intensity of the kiss grew, and I felt a whirlwind of emotions, desire, confusion, a desperate need to feel something certain amidst all the chaos. Â
Cyrus's hands moved to the small of my back, drawing me even nearer, and I could feel his heartbeat against mine. For a moment, I allowed myself to get lost in the sensation, forgetting about the complications and the tangled web of feelings involving Ezra.Â
All that existed was the here and now, and the way Cyrus made me feel, itâs wasnât what I felt when I kissed Ezra, but it was good. As the kiss continued, a small voice in the back of my mind began to grow louder, reminding me of the reality of our situation. This wasn't fair to Cyrus, to use him as a way to forget about Ezra. Â
With great effort, I gently pulled back, breaking the kiss. Cyrus looked at me, his breathing heavy, eyes filled with concern and longing. "What's wrong?" I hesitated, then lied. "I felt like I gave the wrong idea, that I wanted more." He smiled softly, his eyes understanding. "I didn't expect anything." Â
Relief washed over me, and I nodded. Later that evening, we shared a quiet dinner together. Throughout the meal, Cyrus was his usual self like I got to know him over these past few weeks. He talked more, still not a lot but he did share some things, he stayed very grumpy but smiled when I called him âmy Princeâ. Â
During dinner, I began to dread the idea of being alone with my thoughts and the whirlwind of emotions inside me. As we finished dinner, I gathered my courage. "Cyrus, could you stay with me tonight? I don't want to be alone." His eyes searched mine. âI just sleep better when youâre there.â I added to make sure everything was clear between us. "My pleasure." He nodded.Â
We walked back to my chamber in comfortable silence, and once inside, Cyrus made a point of respecting my space. He sat on the edge of the bed while I changed into my nightclothes, turning his gaze away to give me privacy. When I climbed into bed, he lay down beside me, careful to maintain a respectful distance. Â
Despite everything, having him near brought a sense of comfort and safety. Feeling the chill of his divine presence even in the warm room. His fingers gently caressed my hand, their coolness a comforting contrast to the warmth of the bed. Â
After a few moments of silence, as we both stared at the ceiling, shoulder to shoulder, Cyrus spoke softly. "I like the nickname you gave me." I looked at him, puzzled. "You mean 'Grumpy Prince'?" He chuckled, shaking his head. "No, not that one. Just 'My Prince.'" Â
I knew it. Curiosity piqued, I asked, "Why?"Cyrus's expression softened, and he glanced at me with a hint of nostalgia. "My mother used to call me that. It was a term of endearment, something that made me feel loved and cherished." The revelation touched me, and I could see how meaningful the nickname was for him. Â
"I didn't know. He smiled, a hint of sadness mingling with his warmth. "It reminds me of a time when things were simpler." Something shifted within me as I lay there. I finally saw what he wanted from me, a connection that went beyond the complications and uncertainties. Â
The realization made my heart ache he could be so genuine and valuable when we were alone. Feeling a surge of emotion, I leaned in and kissed his bare chest. The touch was tender, and I felt a soft sigh escape his lips. Looking up at him, I saw a flicker of surprise in his eyes. Â
"Now youâre giving me the wrong signs," he said, his voice a mixture of confusion and amusement. I pulled back slightly, feeling a flush of embarrassment. Cyrusâs expression softened, and he brushed a strand of hair away from my face. Â
He shifted us, pulled me on top of him, my legs straddling him as he sat propped against the head of the bed. One of his hands rested on my thigh, while the other pulled my face closer, scanning my face for any sign of fear, doubt. When I didnât pull back, he leaned in, his kiss was hard, raw, and full of a desperate need that caught me off guard. Â
I tried to keep up with his intensity, but it felt overwhelming, like I was drowning in the intensity of the kiss. I could feel his excitement pressing between my legs. Suddenly, I pulled back, my breath coming in shallow gasps. "Iâm sorry," I said, my voice trembling. "I canât do this." Â
Cyrus looked at me, his eyes filled with a mixture of regret and understanding. He gently cupped my face with both hands, Iâm sorry if I pushed you too fast." I shook my head, still feeling a mix of emotions. "No, itâs not your fault. I just... I'm nervous... for it." I climbed off him, feeling a mixture of relief and confusion. Â
Cyrus adjusted himself, giving me space while keeping his eyes on me with a reassuring look. "Thank you for understanding," I said before an awkward silence washed over us. He broke the silence, his voice gentle but firm. "I should go, give you some space." He got up and began dressing. Â
Panic surged through me, I donât want to be alone. And I almost jumped out of bed. "No, please stay," I pleaded, my voice trembling, I sat up on his side of the bed. Knees still covered by the sheets. Seeing the look in my eyes, Cyrus hesitated, his hands halfway to closing the buttons of his shirt. I grabbed his arm, desperation evident in my gaze. Â
"Please, just stay a little longer." He looked at me with a mix of concern and hesitation, I crawled back into bed, pulling him gently with me. As he hovered over me, his expression softened. "Calista, if you need me to stay, I will. But you need to stop giving me this mix signals." I nodded, tears welling in my eyes. Â
"I just donât want to be alone right now." Cyrus looked at me with a mix of understanding and affection. "Iâm here" he said softly. I took a deep breath, finding the courage to admit, "Iâm not ready to give it all... But I want... to experiment." it wasn't a lie. His lips curled up into a smile. âAre you sure?â I kissed his lips, âYes, my price.â Â
His lips were cool and reassuring against mine. As the kiss deepened, I felt his hand slide under the sheets, moving to my thighs with a tender, exploratory touch. The cold of his touch sent a shiver through me, both comforting and electrifying. I felt a mix of anticipation and uncertainty, but Cyrus's touch was careful and considerate. Â
He took his time, allowing me to guide how far we went, ensuring that his actions aligned with my comfort. Cyrus's touch was both electrifying and soothing as his cool hand explored the fabric covering my warm core. My body reacted instinctively, a moan escaping my lips as he kissed my neck. Â
I felt him smile against my skin, his pleasure evident in his gentle touch. âThatâs what I wanted, to hear those soft moansâ he murmured, âTell me when to stop.â In that moment of vulnerability and desire, my body took over, no longer thinking straight. All I knew, all I felt was his touch as I whispered, âDonât stop.â Â
His response was a soft, approving murmur as he pulled the fabric aside, his fingers teasing me with a gentle touch. All he did was caress me, but it was enough for my nails dig into his shoulders instinctively, a physical reaction to the sensations he was creating. With a hint of mischief in his voice, Cyrus asked, "Do you like how my fingers feel?" Â
I nodded, unable to articulate more than my silent plea. He gently pressed, "I need to hear you say it." I took a deep breath, trying to focus amidst the growing sensations. "Yes... please," I managed to say, my voice trembling with a mix of anticipation and need.Â
"Please what?" he demanded softly, his voice both teasing and insistent. "More," I sighed, barely able to get the word out. I saw a flicker of the purple divine dancing in his eyes, a brief reminder of his godly nature, just before his fingers entered. The sensation was overwhelming, a mix of coolness and warmth that sent shivers through my body. Â
I gasped, my hands gripping his shoulders tighter as he began to move, each motion deliberate and controlled. Cyrus's eyes never left mine, his gaze intense and focused. He seemed to be reading my every reaction, adjusting his movements to match my needs.Â
The combination of his touch and the divine energy created a heady mix of pleasure that was almost too much to bear. I let out another moan, my body responding instinctively to his touch. Cyrus smiled, his lips brushing against my ear as he whispered, "You're doing so well, Calista. Just let go."Â
I did as he asked, surrendering to the sensations I surrendered to the sensations, letting Cyrus guide me through the experience. His touch was commanding, leading me to a crescendo before slowly easing back, leaving me breathless and trembling. Â
He withdrew his hand from under the sheets, and I watched, mesmerized, as he brought it to his lips, licking his fingers. His eyes closed in apparent satisfaction, savouring the taste. I blushed deeply, feeling the heat rise to my cheeks. Â
Cyrus lay down beside me, his presence comforting and reassuring. He pulled me into his arms, holding me close. I nestled against him, my head resting on his chest, feeling the steady rhythm of his heartbeat. we just lay there in silence, our breathing slowly synchronizing. When the realisation hit me. Â
What have I done...Â

Pushing Towards You
Chapter 7: Life Changing
"I guess you'll get tired of the school, mum. You're coming here every day." Ărtemis passed her arms for her mother's shoulders and kissed her head.Â
They were heading to the yard. It was a Sunday, and the next day, faculty members would be back. Larissa thought it would be nice to have a last feast outside.Â
"I'll never get tired of Nevermore." Calista looked around and spotted Larissa and Gaia at the table, chatting before dinner. "Good evening, ladies."
"Good evening." Larissa and Gaia cheered in unison as Calista sat beside Larissa with Ărtemis beside her and between her mothers.
"Did you get some rest?" Larissa whispered to Calista.
"I did, thank you. What about you?" Calista wanted to know.
"I did. We'll start the planning week tomorrow, so I decided to take this last day off." Larissa sipped her wine and winked at Calista.
"Do you have any plans for tomorrow, Mumma C?" Ărtemis crossed the conversation.Â
"I don't. Do you? Would you like to do anything?" Calista was willing to lie on the sofa and watch a movie all day. But, if Ărtemis was up to something, she'd enlist.
"No, I don't." The girl answered. "Thanks, God!" Calista thought. "I plan to spend my day in my room and organize myself. Maybe I'll go to the library. Do you care? If I stay here tomorrow, I mean."
"Not at all. By the afternoon, we can have some food at The Weathervane. What do you think? Gaia and Larissa could come with us if their staff meeting ends." Calista suggested to the group.
"Good idea, but I'm depending on the Principal?" Gaia said jokingly, glancing at Larissa.
"Well... We have a meeting right after lunch, but as if it is the first day, I won't take your time too long. We can meet you two at The Weathervane." Larissa agreed.
That night, Gaia went to bed earlier. Calista didn't mention it, but she knew the woman was nervous about meeting her colleagues the next day. Ărtemis followed Gaia minutes later. The girl had a full week.
"Shall we move it to my office?" Larissa suggested as she and Calista remained at the table having their wine.
"Sure. Let's go." Calista went after the blonde.
Calista could look properly at Larissa's office without the pressure of the first meeting. The structure was the same as in her time, but the furniture was more stylish now. The room smelled Larissa's perfume mixed with the wood materials. The fireplace was lit up, and light also came from the lampshades. Calista chose one of the chairs in front of Larissa's desk. To her surprise, Larissa sat right beside her in the other chair.Â
"I was trying to come up with a conversation starter, but after seeing you every day for the past week, I have to reach the point." Larissa sat and reclined in the armchair. "What happened that night? After the school reunion. Why you left me? We had a perfect night, and the next day, you're gone even before I wake up."
"We did have a perfect night, and that was the problem." Calista began. "After 10 years apart from you, my feelings were unchanged after graduation. I wanted to be with you. But you were doing so great in your career. That night, you didn't mention Morticia even once. You were all about your job and research."
"Well... I was succeeding. I was proud of myself. Did that bother you?" Larissa was in defense mode now.
"Not at all. I could see you were happy." Calista resumed, taking Larissa's hand. "Larissa, I've never hidden from you that I thought you were brilliant. And if you can remember, being shadowed by Morticia was always an issue between us. That night, at the reunion, you seemed free of all that judgment and comparison. I saw the real you."
"Okay... But why? Why leave?" Larissa anticipated.Â
"I spent the night awake. I wanted to be with you, but I couldn't ask you to stay and leave all behind. And, honestly, I was not ready to give up my profession and go after you wherever you were." Calista admitted. "So, I decided for both of us. At school, I couldn't have you because of Morticia. Then, I couldn't have you because you were finally showing yourself to the world. And trust me, the world needed you."
"I must say it was selfish of you." Larissa has a saddened voice. "I've called you many times after that. I would have stayed, you know that." She lowered her eyes from Calista.
"I know. That's why I never answered your calls. I know you'd leave all your life behind and follow me. But, I guess I didn't want that responsibility, you know? Making you give up on your job, and eventually, you'll regret it." Calista finally gets to the end of it. "I could not deny that to you for my benefit."
They felt silent. Calista could see Larissa battling inside her mind. Her selfish decision led to this moment. Larissa was the Principal at Nevermore, but she was also lonely. Calista had a family instead.Â
"Have you ever imagined how it would be if you didn't flee from us that day?" Larissa kept her eyes on the fireplace. "If you have allowed me to make my own decisions." That was bitter, even for Larissa.
"Every single day since that morning," Calista confessed.Â
They looked at each other, and there was nothing left to say. Twenty-two years were clarified in minutes of conversation. From now on, they were a blank page. None of them could tell what would happen. Suddenly, withdrawing them from their thoughts, Calista's phone rang. It was Ărtemis.
A: Hey, mom. Are you still at the school?
C: Hey, babe. I'm at Larissa's office. Why? What happened?
Larissa looked up, concerned.
A: Nothing happened. I'm fine. I was just wondering if you can stay the night. Here, with me.
Calista heart sank.
C: Hold on. I'll put you on the speaker, and you ask permission from your Principal.
Ărtemis repeated the question to Larissa.
L: Of course, darling. Your mother can stay the night with you.
Larissa gave a soft smile to Calista.
A: Thank you, Ms. Weems. I'll wait up for you, Mum.
C: I'm on my way, precious.
"I think it's better if I go now." Calista stood up. "Good night, Larissa."
"Good night, Calista," Larissa answered, still on her chair.
Calista turned around and headed to the door. She put her hand on the doorknob, and before opening it, Calista backed off and went in Larissa's direction. The blond kept an eye on her, unable to make a move. Calista then straddled Larissa's lap with one leg on each side, cupped her chin, and kissed her. That kiss was a passionate one. It was from two people who were held apart from each other for a long time.Â
Larissa kissed Calista in return, putting the hand on her back and pulling them closer enough so their front touched. They sustained the kiss until they reached for breath.
"Could you shift now?" Calista asked, panting, touching her forehead to Larissa's.
"Shift?" Larissa was puzzled. And then, she realized. "Wow...shift. Are you sure?" Larissa smirked.
"More than sure, Riss." That was the push Larissa needed. The pet name. Larissa always enjoyed it when Calista called her 'Riss.'
"Remove the pants and undergarments for me, darling," Larissa said between kisses. And so Calista did it, standing up but keeping her lips on Larissa's, making the blonde lean forward.
As she did it, Larissa took the opportunity to lift her dress and lower her panties. And there it was where it should be Larissa's wet slit was a height-matching knob.
"Let me lube it up for you." Larissa was about to spit on her hand when Calista sat, letting it slide inside her.
"There's no need for lube," Calista said with a smirk. She kept still for a few seconds to adjust before it became unsustainable; she started grinding.
"Oh, my goodness, Lis, I've forgotten how wet and tight you were for me, darling." Larissa was with both hands on Calista's hips, helping her on the riding. "I won't last long." She was breathing heavily in Calista's neck crook.
"Oohhh...me neither." Calista was speeding her movements. She was feeling something rise from her core. Her muscles were contracting while the orgasm was being built. "Riss... I'm gonna cum."
"Could you hold on, babe? I'm almost there." Larissa quickened the pace even more, forcing Calista's hips down. "Oh, Lis, I missed so much." She panted.Â
"I missed you, Riss. With all my heart." Calista said back, grabbing Larissa's shoulders.
That was it. This tenderness exchange was enough for both of you to cum together. Larissa embraced Calista and put the head on her panting chest. They kept it that way for a few seconds, feeling each other's body. Calista felt the emptiness when Larissa shifted back.Â
"That was..." Calista started.
"Heaven." Larissa completed, making the other chuckles.
"Yeah...That was." Calista whispered. "I'm afraid I have to go. Ărtemis is waiting for me." She stood up, putting her clothes back. "Thank you." She pecked a kiss on Larissa's lips, smiling softly.Â
"My pleasure," Larissa smirked, rubbing Calista's cheek with her thumb. "I'll take you to the door to enjoy more of you."
Larissa embraced and lifted Calista from the ground. Calista seized the chance to intertwine her legs around Larissa's waist. Larissa giggled and carried the woman between kisses to the door.
"I'll see you tomorrow, then," Larissa whispered, rubbing her nose on Calista's as their forehead touched.
"Yeah...Good night, Riss." Calista said softly as Larissa put her on the ground.
"Good night, darling." Larissa kissed Calista's lips one more time.
It came to a hand that Calista knew the school corridors. She could not remember how she managed to get to Ărtemis quarters. In a blink, Calista was knocking at the girl's door.
"Hey, Mum." Ărtemis received her mother by the door. "Sorry to call you at the last minute. I was just fancying your company tonight." She hugged Calista tightly.Â
"Ohh...babe, that's okay." Calista kissed Ărtemis' head, and the girl put it in her chest. Despite the height difference, Ărtemis knew exactly how to bend and suit Calita's embrace. "I would have come even if I were in Jerico already."
"I love you," Ărtemis said.
"I love you too, my precious." Calista was caring for the girl's hair. "I'm glad that you are taller than me, you know. Because I'll have to borrow your clothes to sleep."
"Haha...Yeah. You can choose from the wardrobe. Would you like to take a shower? You seem hot." Ărtemis looks intensively at her mother's cheek. It was reddened.
"Yep. I need a shower, indeed." Calista smelled Larissa's scent and could not say if Ărtemis could too. "Wine makes me feel hot."
Calista was lightheaded. All she could think of was Larissa. After 22 years, they finally repaired the misunderstanding, and now she was eager to know what the future reserved for them. Calista was conscious that this future depended on the job application. If she stayed in Jericho, she and Larissa could figure out what kind of relationship they would like to have. But, if she didn't get the job, she could not tell if they would like to have a relationship from a distance.
"Good night, my pretty girl." Calista returned from the shower and sat beside Ărtemis. "Thank you for the invitation to stay with you."
"Good night. I'm glad you're here, Mum." The girl answered. "I wish you could stay for good."
"Me too, honey." Calista held her tongue to not tell her about the job. She didn't want to give hope to her daughter. "Sleep tight, Angel." She kissed Ărtemis' on the forehead and lay on the spare bed.
Before set to sleep, Calista checked on her phone. Once it was Sunday, her job application didn't receive feedback. Nevertheless, she was expecting exactly what she found. A message from Larissa.Â
L: I can't stop thinking about you.
It was sent minutes before she went for a shower. So maybe Larissa was already sleeping.Â
C: That makes two of us.
Calista was not waiting for a reply, but gladly, it came.
L: I wish you could be here by my side. But I'm glad I'll be able to see you first thing in the morning. See you tomorrow for breakfast. Sleep well. Xx
C: See you tomorrow, Riss. Sleep tight. Xx
And then, Calista hit the bed.
The next morning, Calista was preparing herself for breakfast and waiting for Ărtemis to finish her mourning routine when she saw an income e-mail in her phone notifications. It was from the job application. They would like to see Calista for a meeting lunch that day. It has to be a good sign, isn't it? Calista wondered.

A Hogsmeade Trip Pt II of IV
Regulus POV, third year (Barty is a third year, Evan is a fifth year) Rating: Teen Unsure word count Continued from this post
Of course all of the clothing was superfluous as Regulus had plenty of school issued items to wear, but you were always permitted to bring your own clothing in lieu of what the school provided, as long as it still fit within the dress code.Â
Evan and Roman were rung up and paid for their items, then with a bag apiece, headed outside to sit in the fresh air. Barty was being rung up, and Regulus was still wandering around the shop. He snagged a pair of high ankle pull on leather boots, and an oversized button up jumper. Then a slate grey jacket with a hood, similar to the larger pea coat, but shorter and slimmer fit. Â
All in all, Regulus ran a bill upwards of five hundred galleons, with growth charms added to every item, except the scarves. Regulus gave the witch the pertinent information to request the transfer of funds out of his family vault and she started a bit when he said his last name.Â
âMister Black, we are so grateful for your patronage. Allow me to throw in some of these new merino socks which will keep your feet warm in even the coldest weather,â the sales associate beamed at him and added a few pairs of socks to his shopping bag. She said his tailored items would be sent up to the school by the end of the following week.Â
Wrapping one of his new scarves around his neck, he left the store with almost nothing to show for his galleons as every item needed to be altered to fit his small frame.Â
âDamage?â Evan asked.
âYou donât want to know,â smiled Regulus.Â
âIâm starving, letâs go for a bite yeah?â said Barty.Â
So they went to the Three Broomsticks for butterbeer and chips. It was crowded and a bit stuffy inside, and they quickly grabbed a table which a group of Hufflepuffs vacated.Â
Sipping their drinks, the boys chatted about the start of the quidditch season, lessons, and even girls. Regulus was caught off guard by this turn in the conversation, as he never talked about crushes with anyone. Who would he talk about them with? His soul bonded best friends, the thought was laughable.Â
Roman was prattling on about Calista, who for her stunning good looks, had never been known to date anyone.Â
âWhat about you Rosier, anything work out between you and Joslyn?â Roman asked.Â
Evan shook his head, âwe went out. She was dull.â
Regulus couldnât be sure, but he thought Barty was shooting covert glances in Evanâs direction.Â
âRegulus, what about you,â Roman turned his attention on Regulus.Â
âOh, er, I donât date.â
âYou already have an arranged marriage lined up or something?â
âNo.â
Roman laughed, âeven if you did, shouldnât let that stop you from testing the waters a bit, am I right Rosier?â He gave Evan a slap on the back.Â
âWhat?â for Evan had been gazing at his drink absentmindedly. âOh, yeah, good to see whatâs out there.â
âBarty, you have any birds in the wings?â
Barty went quite red, and mumbled something unintelligible.Â
Roman leaned back in his chair, sipping his butterbeer. âWell Iâm thinking about getting a tattoo,â he said casually.Â
âMate, just do it already. Youâve been claiming you are going to get a tattoo for a year now.â
âPatience Rosier, I need to make sure I know what I want.â
âThen donât bring it up again until you are sure!â Evan rolled his eyes.Â
âWho is tattooing right now?â Barty asked.Â
âThat sixth year, Craig Bibbler. Heâs good too.â
Regulus couldnât imagine wanting anything permanently etched onto his skin. Heâd seen plenty of students with tattoos, and he thought they looked good. But on himself, he wasnât so sure.Â
âTell you what, your birthday is coming up isnât it?â said Evan, poking Barty, who went pink again.Â
âYeah, itâs on the fourteenth.âÂ
âIâll get you a piercing. Youâre too young for tattoos. Piercings though, if you change your mind, you can always take them out.â
âReally!â Bartyâs face was bright with excitement. âOh man, my dad will lose his shite if I come home with a piercing.â
âWell, decide what you want, itâs on me.â
...

Sims - get to know me
I was tagged by @druidberries & @m0n0lithical! Thank yall for the tags!
I rarely actually play the game so take my answers with a grain of salt but this should be fun!
1. Whatâs your favourite sims death? Cowplant, hands down
2. Alpha CC or Maxis Match? For the longest time I was strictly Maxis Match but recently I've been way more Maxis Mix and I'm loving it
3. Do you cheat when your sims gain weight? Nah I let it happen!
4. Do you use move objects? Religiously, I cannot build without it. Routing be damned!
5. Favorite mod? BBB, I cannot play this game without it. I also get ornery if I don't have UI cheats extension and more CAS columns.
6. First expansion/game/stuff pack you got? I was on the Sims 4 bandwagon from day 1, so Outdoor Retreat.
7. Do you pronounce âlive modeâ like aLIVE or LIVing? Living. You've got build, buy, and live, at least that's how my brain rationalizes it.
8. Whoâs your favorite sim that youâve made? I'm obsessed with all of my rpg oc sims (Ariss, Katya, Nat, Kai, Calista, etc), but probably my favorite sim-sim, well that's hard too. I really love my Simeon Silversweater makeover, and Rhiannon Reinhardt is prob my fave original sim.
9. Have you made a simself? I have! I've made myself, my husband and our dog (: One day I'll have to render them and post pics, I'm sure they all need an update now.
10. What sim traits do you give yourself? Clumsy, creative, & paranoid lmao
11. Which is your favorite EA hair color? Idk prob black or dark brown, so many of the other swatches look unnatural to me. I like the fun colors though, esp the lighter blue/cyan-y swatch.
12. Favorite EA hair? In terms of design, I really liked the braids that came with RoM and the really cool swatches, but I rarely ever use that hair.
13. Favorite life stage? YA cause it's the only one with adequate gameplay oops lmfao
14. Are you a builder or are you in it for the gameplay? BUILDER I rarely play the game at all but if I am I'm probably building. It seems every time I actually get into gameplay (which is rare in itself) something (a patch) comes along and breaks everything to the point where I can't anymore and I lose love for it all over again.
15. Are you a CC creator? I am! But only barely haha. I've made a few recolors and some art, but nothing from scratch YET. Soon hopefully
16. Do you have any simblr friends/a sim squad? I do! I'm a moderator of @cozyacres's Cozy Cave discord server and I LOVE out little community there! I've also got so many wonderful mutuals here I love you all so much.
17. Whatâs your favorite game? Sims 3 was fantastic and if I remembered more of it I'd probably say 3, but I got really invested in the community for 4 and it does hold a special place in my heart even if it's deeply flawed. So, 4.
18. Do you have any sims merch? I do not.
19. Do you have a YouTube for sims? I have an account but I haven't posted anything yet! I'd like to one day post speed builds and speed renders, I just need to figure out my recording process (I tab out of what I'm doing so often that I feel like the editing would take a million years for me to remove all of my discord chats lmfao)
20. How has your âsim styleâ changed throughout your years of playing? I feel like my actual sims style hasn't changed too much, except that I've incorporated a lot more maxis mix/alpha into my style, but that's mostly for rendering and not actual gameplay.
21. Whatâs your Origin ID? SalemsSims! I have a few CC-free builds on the gallery (:
22. Whoâs your favorite CC creator? This is an impossible question to answer. I love so many for gameplay vs render resources.
23. How long have you had a simblr? I just legit checked cause I wasn't sure and it turns out I've been shitposting since 2019! Who knew!? lmao
24. How do you edit your pictures? I'm lucky enough to mooch off my dad's photoshop license. For renders and screenshots alike, I'll edit the brightness, contrast, levels and curves and then use a collection of PS actions/tweaking/blur/vignettes etc as necessary to get the effect I want.
25. What expansion/game/stuff pack is your favorite so far? It's really hard to say... I've been excited for each one of them then disappointed in each one of them lmfao what a mood. I gotta say I was really pleasantly surprised by Werewolves, and HSY exceeded my expectations, even though both had their fair share of disappointments. I don't think I really have a favorite overall though (which is def a side effect of... not actually playing the game, lmao). But those two actually got me playing the game and that's saying something.
26. What expansion/game/stuff pack do you want next? Oops I own them all so, whatever comes next that strikes my fancy. Idk how I feel about the horse rumors though... we'll see if it's actually good or just another disappointment.
Tagging @chaoticsimlish, @reality-refuge, @raiiny-bay, @glammoose, @buttertrait, @crsentfairy, @glittermutt, @crazy-lazy-elder-sims & anyone else who wants to do this! My brain turns into a goldfish whenever it's time to tag so pls don't be offended if I didn't tag you!
#sims get to know me tag#ask game replies#replies#would this be more interesting if I actually played?#maybe lmao

Calista's project has effected her life and in the end she sees her girlfriend even less by missing school.
She still chats with Sesilia a lot to update her on the project and about her day. Sesilia is actually really worried about her.
Her friend also visited her to check is she is alive only to be pranked by a waterballoon.

â§Ë · . about me! (and rules) â§Ë · .
Iâm Calista (or Cali for short), currently 20 years old, and I go by she/her pronouns! Even though I am an introvert irl, I love chatting online! Hence why I mostly express myself through writing, and I take requests for Genshin Impact! (see below for my request rules!)
I will most likely pick up requests when I have time or am in a writing block and need something different. Thereâs no guarantee that Iâll write for your request, but donât let this dissuade you! I love hearing others ideas and opinions! <3
I may write suggestive stuff, but never NSFW.
I also donât write any yandere, gore, any weird/dark content kinks (noncon, incest, etc).
please just follow basic dni rules (if youâre not going to be polite, donât interact.)
