For my uninitiated followers who aren't on Twitter or Bluesky, hi hello! Reincarnation is a canon concept on my version of COTL's world. Here's a short intro on who is THEM as per the last shipping meme. :)

The current game timeline was not the first time The Lamb has lived their life. About 1000 years ago, they were once known as Samsara, a bard who sailed to the Lands of the Old Faith after feeling out of place in their community and sought inspiration for their tales and songs.

After being captured and brought to the siblings' court one day during their travels, they pleaded their usefulness through a performance. Their natural charisma won them their life, becoming something similar to a court jester that allowed them to get closer to each of the Bishops. Eventually though, Samsara grew most fond of the Bishop of Death.

He in turn, accepted them as an apostle for his inner circle. Their ability to draw in crowds with kind words about eternal life and how death is something to celebrate than fear, proved to be a smart move as Narinder's following saw an uptick before the incident.

Surprisingly, for an emotionally callous person such as he, Narinder really did see Samsara as a good friend— to the extent a god could befriend a mortal that is.

The first time he finally put his revival experiments to use was when Samsara and a few of his followers sacrificed themselves to give him enough power to win an ambush by another crownbearer.

All of the siblings loved Samsara, so of course they did not oppose their brother's actions at first. Little did they know that this single act will begin a very... very long series of events.

Playing with my Time Regresses (well... it's not quite regresses but whatever-) AU and decided I liked this (sorry the handwriting is so shit this was for myself so I wasn't trying to be neat)

Me telling myself I won't make any "important" OCs and then deciding y'know what fuck it we ball, the first vessel. She's not important in the original timeline but in the time regression AU where Aym and Baal take on the role of Narinder's sons (and therefore NOT his guardians/disciples) she takes their place. Gave her a star staff bc... obviously sun- moon- stars...

[Text to the left of the figure] In the original timeline, she grew weary and begged to be put to rest. Narinder never even knew her name. In the rebooted timeline, she's loyal to a fault, and when Narinder decides it's time for her to rest, she begs for the opportunity to stay by his, Aym and Baal's side. She takes the twins' place as Narinder's disciple. *she is not in love with Narinder, and plays a big sister/second parent role to the twins* **she watched the twins grow up**

In the og timeline, she grew to hate Narinder and her mission, becoming numb to everything. She just wanted to stay dead.

Wanting to partake in @stychu-stych's cotltober (so glad its laid out to be so relax, the only one I've seen laid out like that) , but thought it'd be a good idea to post these first - my Lamb's post-Narinder boss fight outfit (based on the original fleece), and my Goat Gideon!

Lotus doesn't really work on a more 'personal' outfit for the fleeces until they beat Narinder, which for them is their first true step into being their own person for the first time in their life (despite the grief they feel for needing to fight him). It was during a trip to Berith's while they were crusading that the idea of making their fleeces their own popped up. Lotus REALLY liked that idea, but had no idea how to make clothes (they haven't yet made the fashion station) so Berith offers to help teach them! After about a month of repeated visits, making their cult clothes first, and making test pieces with Berith, Lotus eventually makes the outfit in the first image! I'm planning on making different outfits based on each of the fleeces eventually, and I want them to be different yet similar.

Now, onto Gideon!

I'm just gonna copy/paste what I wrote down in my loose CoTL timeline/story notes, as I'm honestly happy with those notes, as unfinished as they are.

'At some point, though, something strange happens… The Goat turns up.

Lotus has no idea what to think when they turn up. It just began exploring the Cult, head tilting and looking incredibly pissed - they were actually worried they were going to completely destroy the place initially. However, when they FINALLY get a moment to pull him aside, they learn that it's the complete opposite of that - The Goat, called Gideon, just has a resting bitch face.

They don't know how they got there, but the two come to a decision that until they figure out how to help him get home, he'll help them with the Bishops and the Cult - and he's very helpful! If not a bit chaotic. And loud.

Lotus and Gideon did a lot of talking during it's time with the Cult of the Night Star, through which it told them that HE had his own Cult - though he wasn't as serious with the name, actively calling it 'Monster Fuckers’. He never really explained why.'

A cut a lil bit out, cuz spoilers 😉 but otherwise this is the jist of what I have for Gideon so far! Genuinely can't wait to show more of my own personal au (yet unnamed), and just explore the story!

An evolution: How Danny turned his entire town into a cult.

CotL and DP x DC au

The timeline started off the same but the moment it turned into a branching path was when Ember and YoungBlood kidnapped all the adults and Danny rallied the kids and teens into an army.

But instead of slipping away to transform, he did it in front of everyone and asked everyone to keep his secret from the adults since they would never understand and would want to get rid of him.

Of course they all agreed, the younger population of amity were more open minded then the adults anyhow.

After that, the entire younger population of the town were often seen helping Phantom out by either evacuating areas of fights. Or even taking up ghost hunting lessons.

The fentons may be idiots but they do know what they're doing most of the time.

So when Pariah Dark shows up, the town is throughly protected. The younger generation had proved time and time again that they could take up the mantle when Phantom couldn't.

Danny started getting careless of his well being. Started drowning in his hero complex to the point of shattering his own core in exertion.

Danny with toe to toe with Pariah Dark and when it seemed Danny was about to lose, Danny pushed past his exhaustion and started sacrificing his body to push Pariah back.

Everyone watched in horror as Danny managed to actually BEAT him in single combat as his body started destabilizing.

Danny locked Pariah away once more before he collapsed with a SPLAT, ectoplasm leaking out of the endosuit.

Vlad, of course, tried to rush to Danny's side, but before he could get too close the ectoplasm MOVED and congealed into the rough shape of a hand and grabbed Vlad before SQUEEZING him tightly.

Danny, who fell out of the suit at some point, staggered to his feet, glaring at vlad with a singular eye. The entire left side of his face was melting, the eye completely gone green as his lips slowly dripped.

It was then that Vlad could see in Danny's other hand was the crown of fire, the ring of rage sitting innocently on the floor between them.

Danny stepped forward, stepping on the ring with a slap, grinning. As he now had kept all artifacts of power away from the biggest nuisance of his half life. Danny reared his arm back.

And promptly yeeted Vlad out of the nearest window.

Satisfied that there were no more immediate threats to him, Danny turned towards the throne and more or less collapsed onto it, before passing out.

FrightKnight kneeled before the throne, giving his king his crown and ring as his young leage was too weak at the moment to do it himself.

He honestly didn't expect to wake up. But when he did he was mostly stabilized again.

And I say mostly because his left eye hadn't seemed to recover before he woke up, it being a completely ecto green.

The rings of transformation startled him out of his thoughts as he transformed back to Fenton. He looked into the mirror again to see his left eye just had a permanently green Iris instead of straight up ecto.

However that was all the time he had as his parents bursted through his bedroom door. Apparently fright knight had took him back to his haunt and Jazz found him, taking him home before calling her parents.

'Well...' he thought as he proceeded to be completely fussed over by his parents. 'That was weird.'

Since the accident Danny had been getting slightly more unhinged than he usually was. He went from protective to possessive. He went from territorial to straight up hostile sometimes.

The other times, he was kind and negotiable, letting certian ghosts do their own thing as long as they behaved. And he even spared with those that wanted to.

It wasn't hard to figure out what changed with the now red glow of his singular eye.

The crystal of ice cracked that day, exhausted and stressed.

But like broken bones, it is lucky it is so young.

Time will heal all wounds.

But some scars will never fade.

As ghost king, new things had been unlocked for him. And that included being able to be summoned, appointing souls as his, commanding ghosts, and a much newer power: the ability to mark someone.

The outside world is dangerous afterall and he can't keep an eye on everyone. So the markings alert him in emergencies!

Of course, as a spirit of protection and Space, he couldn't just let his people leave without a way to contact him. He's not a monster.

He tried to keep them home. Keep them safe. But he quickly found that when people are unable to leave, they'd want to leave the most

The markings themselves are in the shape of his symbol and often invisible on one's skin until activated or near ectoplasm.

And the best part was, it's generational too! So unless Danny himself takes it of, it's on all the decendents of good old Amity Park!

And as the decades and centuries go by. Amity had turned into a folk tale, hidden in the forest of Illinois that never seems to shrink or grow.

And of course new heroes take the stage that Danny had laid out for them, causing Danny to relax slightly more, knowing he wouldn't have to interfere nearly as much as before.

Giving him plenty of time to give his undivided attention to his spouses and family.

Sam, Tucker, Danielle, Dash, Valarie, Jazz, Dan, Wes, and Vlad have become minor deities in Danny's ever growing cult, each becoming a symbol that is remembered in town by the carvings of stone statues scattered around the park.

Sam; nature and Harvest.

Tucker; technology and history.

Danielle: freedom

Dash: the knight

Valarie: the hunt

Jazz: the mind

Dan: redemption

Wes: knowledge

Vlad: wealth and thoughtless love SIMPING

So when the justice league had gotten an anonymous tip about a city turned into a cult by a powerful spirit, they of course went to investigate.

They certainly weren't expecting the people to set up a barrier not even Constantine could break with his magic and summoned their diety in "mom come pick me up, I'm scared" fashion.

Danny, of course. Had 100% knew they were coming. And walked up to the barrier smugly.

Things quickly escalated, with Danny's "insane like" preaching of keeping all his subjects safe. And getting quite over protective when asked if they could speak to any of the civilians.

And of course someone had even suggested that the citizens were under mind control.

Not to mention the way they treat clones over there.

Oh yeah, did he forget to mention he adopted all the clones in the world? Because he did. Every Tim clone, he quickly snatched from death and rehabilitated. SuperBoy? He called the clone to him via dreams.

Did you know Luther is the descendent of Paulina? Distant, of course. But enough so that Danny had easy access to Superboy's Mark to call him home.

Needless to say, Superman and Danny are on the other's shit list as Danny tries to adopt Conner.

Oh and he 100% has Constantine's soul and has adopted him too.

Danielle's statue had a recent modification. Usually vandalism would be punished but the town let this slide.

Hi hello I just want to say I am deeply enjoying your Ewe AU, and it's absolutely fantastic. Your art style is super pretty as well :D I've adored all of the baby shenanigans as of late, especially the twins using "Baba" for the Lamb! I have my own AU I'm working on with Lamb/Nari/OC, and the thought of what to call the Lamb as a parent was killing me. Baba is so smart omg I'm obsessed

i should've never gone "oh what if i made lamb characters for some of the different cotl saves at my disposal" because now i'm attached and i gotta deal with the fact that these three can only exist and be happy together far far far in the past.

right so here in this image theyre all happy and wholesome right (yay) but at some point one of them has to be the last lamb to be sacrificed, which splits their universe up into three timelines, one for each of them being the vessel for the red crown. war and hate on planet earth.

alright let's get to the infodumping

Capri, based on my first playthrough and main save, starts off with the intention of doing as little harm as possible, going with the "good" doctrine options, feeding their followers well, etcetera, but over the years, out of both curiosity and the steady erosion of their moral code that comes with slaughtering hundreds just to get resources, they sink down on the alignment chart, coming to the point where they kill followers to switch their necklaces and cook up minced follower meat just because it gives them some diseased hearts for their crusades. They take pride in feeding their followers well, they married all the bishops (some of them only so they'd give more health if sacrificed to revive, but they will Never tell you which ones) and spend most of their time doing follower quests and getting enough meat, fish and veg to make the best possible meals for their following. sometimes they fall face first into the tarot cards when running into Clauneck. They make all their followers' clothes themselves, and stitch little bells into them to remind them of their family. Their cult sounds like a windchime.

Virgo, based on my mom's playthrough, probably wouldn't have it in her to be any good of a vessel if she had anything at all to lose anymore. She's a bit clumsy and has died on the battlefield many a time, sometimes even forgetting she's capable of dodging. What she lacks in hand-eye coordination, she more than makes up for in the way she takes care of her following. She only refuses follower requests if it's for their own good, like sacrificing another follower or asking for a bowl of poop. She puts a lot of thought into which follower to sacrifice on a crusade, and will often resurrect them right after she gets back. She hates Narinder. Absolutely cannot stand him at all. If she wasn't forced to do his bidding she wouldn't want ANYTHING to do with him. On the other hand, she has a great deal of respect for Heket, on the grounds of her being a strong-willed, self assured woman. She loves placing camelias all over her cult grounds and enjoys fishing a normal amount. She's very attached to Ratau and will often spend the night playing Knucklebones with him. She's also very enthusiastic whenever she meets Chemach during a crusade -- She doesn't attack Chemach's "followers," either out of germaphobia or out of pity. She's haunted by the restless spirit of Alfie, her first sacrifice (that's me! she didn't revive me. I'm haunting her now and making the commentary i give while watching my mom play a part of Virgo's character). She is very unimpressed by most threats. She should probably be impressed by most threats

Taurus, based on the most bloodthirsty speedrun I have ever witnessed live on the family switch, does not care for his followers. He's out for revenge, and that's it. He doesn't care for anything other than giving the bishops a taste of their own medicine after they ruthlessly slaughtered his entire species. He holds the same level of contempt for Narinder, as evidenced by the fact that he put him in jail Forever, only allowing him out to eat once a day. He has a soft spot for rabbit followers (except alfie. because in-game sibling violence overrides all characterization), but will Never tell you this. He's friends with Helob, if only because he brings him cooked follower meat. Originally a gentle soul, this immense thirst for violence and revenge was formed the day he came back to his village after a day of fishing and found it halfway through burning to the ground, with the heads of everyone he knew and loved (among which are the other two mentioned above) stacked in the centre of town. He has never truly cared for anything since. His fleece was made by Capri way back in the day (haha it would be so funny if this was the main image of this post) and it only acquired this status as a certified Golden Fleece upon obtaining the red crown. Taurus loves hammers and axes. If it hits hard, he'll enjoy using it for its intended purpose. He nearly always wears the same slightly off-putting beady-eyed smile on his face. To calm down after his long crusades, he likes to sit down and sing some songs, accompanied by his not-great-but-absolutely-not-bad guitar skills. He often does this right in front of his temple, and it's one of the only nice things his followers ever get to have.

what is the premise of this au?

the story of this au starts long before narinders banishment and focuses on the bishops and there lives before the events to come from day to day cult life and to bonds and how the bishops acted towards there decipals and as time goes on the story will be told you can help the story along with asks to the past timeline or wait for comic pages if they come out

charaters?

wile i do have the basic cast of course some in the past timeline are not born yet sutch as the lamb,sozo,ratau,and baal and aym are still still small kits all charaters are available in the present timeline there are of course charaters i have made for both timelines sutch as tizgar, pepper and ember
