Cony 360 Pick-Up/Van, 1960. In addition to the kei car Coach (previous post) Cony made a pick-up and van for the Japanese market powered by the same 2 cylinder boxer engine as the kei sedan. In total they made 143,845 pick-ups, vans and saloons before the end of production for Cony in 1971 when they became part of Nissan

Story Summary:

A year and a half after drinking the blood of a powerful vampire, an American SI captive, Olivia, is released into British society to spy on the strongest one of all: Roger de Camden, a chronically depressed necromancer who’s quite ready to go to sleep and never wake up. But his daemon is utterly fascinated with Olivia, and worse still, the delusions she’s had since the diablerie seem to be fixated on the two of them in turn. But as the SI throw their plans away and Olivia finds herself fighting for her life, the delusion that she is Mithras, the ancient god-king of Britain, only seems to grow stronger and stronger. Worse still, there seems to be something other than Mithras living in her head with her…

Chapter Summary: Olivia is deployed by the SI to meet her handler. His daemon is... interesting.

Coteries of New York Rant That’s Way Too Late (spoilers)

I wanna preface this by saying that it’s been at least six months since I’ve played the game and I never played the sequel

To me, the reveal of Thomas Arturo being the big twist villain is such horseshit because you only interact with him maybe twice throughout the whole game. The reveal gives off way more of a “Wait…it’s that guy?” vibe than anything else.

Arturo could’ve worked as the villain if he was given more screen time and a lot more hints as to his true nature. He needed more time to flesh out his character instead of a long ass exposition dump during the ending.

The worst part about it is that they had a much better twist villain right there.

Kaiser.

Kaiser is a much more prominent character than Arturo with a clear motivation and personality that didn’t need to be shoehorned in at the last minute.

It could’ve been that Kaiser was stringing Sophie along just to get as much info out of her as he could before killing her or something

You could also justify him not just killing the player by having him take a liking to the player

Cony 360 Coach, 1962. Cony was a fledgling Japanese car marker created by Aichi Kokuki, a Japanese aerospace manufacturer that turned to machine making after WW2. The 360 Coach was powered by a 356cc 2 cylinder boxer engine. It was presented at the 9th Tokyo Motor Show and remained on sale until 1971 but competition in the kei sector in Japan was fierce in the 1960s and Aichi Kokuki was forced to amalgamate their vehicle making operations with Nissan
