have you ever heard a romance song and been like. this is so transgender actually
as in like, you imagine the other person whos being sung to is who you want to be instead of it being an actual other person
like obviously not every romance song applies but some do. just a little bit i think

Top 25 of the week
Losing My Religion -R.E.M. This was the first song I ever heard by R.E.M. and I was instantly a fan
Photograph -Ringo Starr Don’t know how this wasn’t on my phone until they chose it for me.  I absolutely love Ringo.  After John, he’s my favorite Beatle.
Shine -Collective Soul I didn’t know of this song until after World I Know.  But I do like this song as well.
LoveFool -The Cardigans Well this takes me back to Junior High.  Romeo and Juliet anyone???  Though I knew the song well before I even saw the movie (which by the way I just hate how it was done.)
Can’t Fight This Feeling -REO Speedwagon There are not enough words to describe how much I love this song, or how well I can actually relate to it.
Follow You Down -Gin Blossoms Been a fan since I was 12 and last year I was lucky enough to see them in concert after 20 years of being a fan.  And they opened with this song.
Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door -Bob Dylan I’ll be honest, I never heard this by Bob Dylan when I first heard the song.  I always listened to it by Guns and Roses.  But I love Dylan so I had to download this version
Sex and Candy -Marcy Playground Does anyone else remember this song?  We were all singing this in like 8th grade cause it was a catchy beat LOL
I’ve Got You Under My Skin -The Four Seasons I don’t know what it is about this song, but after hearing Frankie sing it live 2 years ago, I can never get it out of my head for days once I hear it
Run -Around -Blues Travellers Not my usual style, but I remember hearing this song for the first time and I loved their sound.  This was the first song I remember hearing by them
Somebody to Love -Jefferson Airplane I’m not a huge fan of their music, but this was a song we always sang in High School.  Why, I don’t know lol.
Suspicious Minds -Elvis This is by far my favorite song by Elvis.
Bitch -Meridith Brooks Another one from my junior high days.  I love how many memories these songs bring up.  None of us wanted to say the word while singing in the schoolyard cause we didn’t want to get in trouble so we’d always say I’m a BEEP! HAHA
Build Me Up Buttercup -The Foundations My mom raised me on the oldies and this was one of her favorites and I can see why.  I love it too.
I Don’t Want To Be A Solider Mama I Don’t Want To Die -John Lennon To be honest, not a favorite of mine.  But what can I say, I downloaded the whole Imagine album on my phone
Sweet Home Alabama -Lynyrd Skynyrd Do I need to say anymore.  It’s a classic
Valotte -Julian Lennon As I said before I absolutely love Julian.  And this song that was written about his father brings me to tears each time.
To Be With You -Mr. Big If you know me, you know how much I love the 80′s (my decade!!) and this is one of my favorites, especially since they had it in Rock of Ages
Inside Out -Eve 6 First song I heard by them.  Other than this one, I love Here’s to the Night which they named our official class song on MTV for anyone graduating High School in 2001.
Change the World -Eric Clapton Don’t know what it is about this song, but I just loved it since I first heard it back it 7th grade.
Crimson and Clover -Tommy James Another song my mom introduced to me.  And I then got my best friend Mo obsessed with it.
Unchained Melody -Constantine A favorite song that I have so many versions of.  However, and I may be a little biased since he is a friend, this is my favorite version of the song.
St. Elmo’s Fire -John Parr Don’t know how this version got on my phone but it’s not from the movie.  And I know I downloaded the one from the movie.
Do You Really Want to Hurt Me -Culture Club I’ll be honest and tell everyone this.  When I was 6 I had the hugest crush on Boy George and would listen to this song and Karma Chameleon over and over LOL
Something -The Beatles When I was in the 8th grade and had my first boyfriend, this was our song.  I know corny HAHA.
