From the bottom of my heart you people need to take a chill pill on the memory wiping and stop assuming everything in the entire show is false. A small 4 day period being erased was given an entire episode of focus and was already crumbling in s1 when Daniel realized who Armand was. The show is not going to suddenly say years were warped lol that’s now how this power works. It’s not a deus ex machina!

I love my hero and Class 1-A as much as the next guy, but I feel like a lot of people have been sexualizing the cast since it got popular again recently.

Iida, Bakugou, Shoto, Kirishima, Kaminari, Tokoyami, Izuku, Mina, Ochako, Momo, Jirou, Hagekure, the list goes on of students at UA that people drool over so commonly no matter the age

It's difficult to manage this in a fandom, and it isn't bad for kids to have crushes on kids, but are you gonna sit there and tell me that it isn't a little odd to see someone who's in their late 20's talk about a 16 year old in a sexual way??

It could also just be personal preference and such, but it lowkey irks me when I see people talking about how "sexy" Toga is when she's 16 years old.

There are SOOO MANY amazing, attractive adult characters in BNHA. From the pro heros to the villains to the PARENTS OF THE UA CAST!!! There's a fit for practically anyone but people still fucking look at these overworked, traumatized kids going back to their high-school class and making goo-goo eyes for them.

to clarify: I ABSOLUTELY ADORE THE CHARACTERS IN MY HERO ACADEMIA. All of the characters have such appeal in their own ways and I fell in love with the narrative. Everyone in class 1-A look beautiful, especially the latest season because we're able to see what amazing heros they've become over the series!! Horikoshi has become an even better artist than when he started, and he clearly loves his craft.

Heros, Villains, or anything in-between- it doesn't matter if you want to fawn and drool over a character from a fictional media such as animation; as long as they aren't a kid.

before i start this post, i just wanted to say that max, daniel, kelly, etc are real people, and we can theorize and make edits, but we don't know them on a personal level, and shipping them for real is very weird.

okay, so, as a diehard feminist, i will be holding kelly to the same standards as daniel, since they have almost the same age gap with max (daniel was born in 1989 and kelly was born in 1988) and have both known him since he was a child (17 years old is still a child btw)

we all know that max has daddy and mommy issues, and that's a big reason for him to be closer to people a lot older than him (8/9 years).

and yes, i agree that max obviously has (or at least has had) a crush on daniel and the fact that he has had grindr at some point does indicate to him not being straight. and yes, the compilations and videos are fun to watch. however, shipping max with daniel is weird for (mostly) two reasons: 1. these are real people whom you do not know on a personal level, and shipping two people who you are a stranger to is weird asf and 2. daniel has known max since max was a literal minor, and since we criticize kelly for saying things like "there was something magical" when she met max (he was 17, she was 26), we must hold daniel to the same standards and say that him being in a relationship with max would be weird because he has known max since he was a child as well.

anyways, max should go to therapy to deal with the trauma of having an absent mother and an abusive father and stick to a strictly platonic relationship to kelly and daniel (whose pre frontal cortexes were fully formed before he had even started raving for oracle rbr).

HOTD fandom

Listen, I love HOTD as much as the next person, but some of y'all need to CHILL.

I actually love both "teams"--I support Rhaenyra's claim but the greens are just so much more fascinating to me--but go on tiktok or even tumblr and people are going fucking insane.

Like, some of my fellow team blacks will be calling alicent "alic*nt," mocking her for how she was treated by her father and husband and Larys Strong (who should have died instead of Harwin, btw), even BLAMING her for it; and then criticizing misogyny. I've seen team black people making thoughtful videos/analysis on Alicent's character, but a lot of you are just happy to call her "alic*nt" and call it a day.

But on the flip side, you've got team green calling Rhaenyra a fat cow because...she was described as chubby (after six pregnancies, I wonder why that changed her body?) in the book, and because apparently that's their best insult. I've seen team green making decent points about why they don't like Rhaenyra's character, or other characters on team black; but others will really be saying they don't like her because she's described as fat. (We can debate the laws of this FICTIONAL WORLD all day. This is specifically about people who are just out here calling her a wh*re and a cow and need to think before they post).

Like...they're fake. It's all fake. Please calm down and speak/post/type like rational adults (if you're not 14+, idk why you're watching this show).
