HEY BYLERS! I HAVE A QUESTION

I was watching the lawyer video, and he said during the snow ball that Mike KNEW El was going to show up to the dance, but I have always thought differently, thinking Mike did not know.

Like was this an obvious thing or am I stupid? Bc they never say it in the show right…???

Bc here was my look at it, since I always thought Mike didn’t know she was coming that’s why he looked sad! Like he wanted El to be there. And then, now, I have the byler perspective of him being sad over Will dancing with someone else. So I always had the argument in my head that the GA would be like: Mike was sad bc El wasn’t there and bc he didn’t think she was coming. And so ppl would argue against bylers bc of the info being like: he looked sad bc of El not being there not bc of Will. 

BUT then looking at it again now knowing the information of him knowing El was coming, wouldn’t he be excited, standing up, watching the door, waiting for her to come in?!— (But that’s still my question tho, did he know El was coming???)

—NO HE WASENT, so like this changes my whole perspective of this scene then, bc why would u look miserably staring into space if U KNEW UR DATE WAS COMING

Hey so if Will is the season 5 main confirmed and he is always one on one with Mike in filming that means that Byler is the main personal plot focus of season 5. We're all caught up on that, right?

Thinking about Mike and will in the upside down, covered in upside down gunk standing across from each other. Mike staring into wills eyes with tears, opening his mouth "I.." but Will interrupts him and says "you don't have to say it it's okay." with tears in his eyes "it's okay." But instead of saying 'I'm sorry' he was going to say 'I love you'

Okay but imagine Mike and Will growing inseparable over the course of season 5. They have to split up for the final battle. They’re both crying and hugging each other because it’s so dangerous. Mike is just holding Will and he tells Will he loves him. Will says it back because in his head he thinks Mike just means platonically but us as the audience are like “erm mike is being romantic.” Mike also means it romantic but Will isn’t catching this. When they finish the battle and they’re both alive, they see each other from a distance. They start sprinting to each other while sobbing. Let Mike cup Wills face in his hands and whisper “I thought I was going to lose you.” He then leans in and kisses Will. Will is caught totally off guard and after a few seconds Mike pulls back because he’s shocked and he starts stumbling over some apology trying to play it off as being in the heat of the moment. Will pulls Mike back in and kisses him again. After that, they can rest their foreheads against each other and say some cheesy shit like “it’s over now.” Or “we won.”
