I told my supervisor that I can’t work this week because I got hit by a moped and I got pretty bad injuries and sprains and she was like “Get well soon 🙌🏻” and that was it lol??? Is it me or is it a really weird reaction to someone GETTING HIT BY A MOPED? It’s just so funny to me, it’s like I told her I caught cold or something along those lines. She ignored my message for a day while also sending lots of texts to the work group chat too, like? I don’t know, it’s just so weird to me.

#This is also not the first time I’ve noticed her not taking our health seriously.#We were preparing for an event and she would always react quite coldly whenever I couldn’t attend rehearsals (which was ONCE) and was late #for health-related reasons. As if me getting sick is some sort of obstacle??#That’s also why it kinda rubs me the wrong way even more I guess.#I was feeling unwell because I was hella overworked (just like all my colleagues) because of that one event too?#We would rehearse every single day till 12am? And were not paid for that whatsoever? The nerve!#By the way is it called moped in English? Like a smaller motorcycle thingy? I don’t know.
