although I would never consider myself anything more than an amateur of writing silly little scooby doo-inspired fiction, I think I did a relatively good job writing part 3 of midground, thinking about grief and depression in ways I haven't experienced personally so it wasn't like just a lazy way of self-inserting myself and my struggles... I definitely have that flaw where I tend to write about my point of view unless I actively try and challenge it, so with p.3 I really exercised myself sooooooo hard to describe entirely different processes than what I go through when experiencing loss of a loved one...... And I think I've said that already recently but it also made me so much better at writing conflicts, like writing believable fighting... I don't want to sing myself too many praises bc there's still sooooooo much stuff I suck at and obv also "getting better" at writing about this stuff doesn't mean I'm that good to begin with but yeah. It was really such a positive experience despite the heavy topic and everything that I can't help but feel proud of myself and the progress I've made, even if it was always meant for my own eyes only

✨yeah big dummy energy!! i’m really bubbly and cute and peppy, which is perfect bc i am cheerleader! (a flyer, so i’m really used to being tossed around),, i like to cheer on my friends, especially when they’re feeling down or gloomy! my hobbies include dance, baking, shopping, and watching rom coms,,,my self esteem is kinda bad so i make up for it with false confidence,, i really like magical girl animes,, and I’m planning on studying fashion design with a minor in education!

Aone didn’t really understand. He didn’t know why he had to pick you up for you to like him? Physically

Kenji explained to him that, hell no, he is not to physically pick you up.... that he is just supposed to walk up to you, be nice, start a convo, and take you on a date

Anyway that’s why he crushed on you for 2 whole years and never said anything

One day you were talking way too loud in class as always and he would smirk a little bit at the sound because he thought you were so fun

As he did his work he honestly loved the sound of your laughter in the background, he’s so used to silence and a militant lifestyle that your carefree nature soothed him

Even though you were talking to your friends, Inside, he wanted to be the person you spoke to with such high energy and zest

When the class-snitch snapped at you complaining and threatening to tell the teacher on you so you could get sent to the office because you were talking too loud instead of doing work.... Aone had stood up for you, saying simply:

“Leave her be. She’s having fun.”

The class snitch was so frightened

he never told on you again

Aone baby didn’t even mean to scare him like that .. he just didn’t want anyone to bother you

But that’s when you first noticed him and you were all Damn Who Dat 👀

He was so happy to have you talk to him even though his expression never changed.

When he didn’t answer you (he only nodded) you turned on your heels telling him you’d “see him later”

you were going to walk away but then he asked

You answered, “When what?”

You blinked. “As in...when will I see you again?”

He nodded.

I know Aone wouldn’t show it but literally he was sooooooo happy inside !!! He loved your energy and he loved that you were tiny and the best cheerleader at the school (at least to him)

He agreed and when you met at lunch he paid for yours, remembering that Kenji said girls like that

He would pay for all your lunches if you let him

When you two sat at a table you just blabbed on and on and Aone was listening with heart eyes (it didn’t show though)

But somehow, someway , you knew that he was enjoying spending time with you

You sensed that he liked you

He doesn’t speak much if at all most of the time but he didn’t have to because you guys just got eachother

You two are sooooo cute together because you treat him like a jungle gym, he learns to practice stunts with you and you improve, he’s the only person who can make you study because he threatens to not watch any rom coms with you on your next movie night if you don’t get a B

You know to listen when he says that because he was now a necessity on your binging nights

Aone basically did everything you wanted that made you happy because it made him happy to see you happy

It always did, even when you didn’t notice him and he was just crushing on you hard

You were also a great voice for him because he hated talking and you could basically read his mind so when you cheered for him at games and the audience members talked shit about him being weird you would cuss them out on your mans behalf!

At away games in your cheer uniform guys would hit on you constantly. after a while you learned to just point to your man on the court warming up and when the boy looked to see, Aone would already be pointing at them LMFAOOOO .

Then the boy would run to the gym doors that are labeled “PUSH” like:

You two are voted the “Cutest Couple In The School” award in 3rd year because obvsssssssssssss tf

And for Halloween you dressed up as your favourite magical girl anime couple and you were so glad he agreed

Aone supports you always and he only has eyes for you, the fact that one of the most sought after boys in the school wanted you and only you helped your confidence

He always pushed you toward your dreams and so did you to him
