My 2024 Resolution Goals - Professional Edition

As I mentioned in my 2023 summary I'll share with you what I'm looking to achieve in 2024.
In the upcoming year, my focus will be on two main goals: community+ its management, and structuring art commissions better.
I don't like using many platforms and instruments, paying for several is excessive, managing is overwhelming. Unfortunately, among free options, there is no perfect tool. The scattered nature of tasks and the lack of an overview perspective trigger anxiety. As a freelance digital creator, my job is intricately connected to the community. Besides embodying imagination into visual products, I must master promotion and trade skills, essential for artisans throughout history.
Social media, while a powerful tool, is becoming difficult to manage and sometimes toxic, draining my valuable time and mental strengh. Increasingly, I find myself contemplating a central hub for all my social activities. A Discord server could serve as a Swiss army knife for my business tools and more. I'm actively working on this project, which includes a space for community and experience exchange, integration of other social media platforms into a unified channel for news and announcements, statistics, exclusive content, perks/rewards/discounts, safety through moderation and rules, and automation of processes via bots, including entertainment.
Establishing my own public server would help streamline my social media accounts (keeping them neat and original), reducing manual labor and narrowing the gap between me and my audience. However, my strict character, high standards and internal conflict between the desire for public interaction and the urge to isolate myself present challenges.

While my service may seem straightforward to some, delivering them comfortably is not easy. Documentation, clarity, safety in cooperation, visibility, and online store require careful attention. Working internationally amid recent global community turbulence has heightened my anxiety, impacting the stability of work-life balance. My primary goal is to fix this situation, making it as comfortable as possible for both me and those ordering my artworks. I'm researching tools that will help me to deligate some boring work if possible. One significant obstacle is my tendency to overthink and complicate matters due to my meticulous nature.
