Monday Motivation

Everyone is cashing in for the deal for #CyberMonday, but why not cash in on yourself? Instead of seeking out deals to fill our closets let's seek to fill our #soul. As much fun as it is to improve our outward appearance, it is more important to nourish our spirits and values to improve our daily walks in life.  Reawaken your passions by walking through a neighborhood that inspires you, bring awareness back to your heart by reaching out past your desires. Maybe instead of buying something, reuse or repair something you already have or have been ending to fix, open that book on the nigh stand and learn something new about life or about yourself.  Either way, today may be about spending but instead it on tools and experiences that will help you grown, or better yet, spend you time and efforts with others. Today let's learn to share the gifts we already have and use them to help restore balance to lives. 

Our desire is to help develop and restore a love, care, and awareness back into our community. One way to do that is by remembering that spending on ourselves can go beyond acquiring things of monetary worth. Strengthening our core valves and beliefs are far more value than anything we can buy today on sale. Nurturing the spirit daily is what will allow us to grow and become better people for the world around us.
