Putting the phone down, an idea brew deep down. It’s not like he’d encourage himself to pursue it, but these days his free will was dauntingly compromised. He swallowed. If you ever go into traditional art in any way, then we HEAVILY suggest investing in a good ruler. A metal one, without the rounded edges that you'll see in some stores. You WILL want its assistance in drawing straight edges, you WILL want to be able to reliably measure any piece of paper you might need to cut down to size, you'll probably use it far more often than you'd expect, and the durability of a metal ruler will mean you will almost definitely never have to replace it and also let you use it as a multitool for anything that may require a flat hunk of metal.
