I made this comic pretty soon after the distant lands episode showing Finn living in the caravan and grown-ish Bronwyn, we didn’t have any other adult Finn lore at the time so it’s dated/placed by that. Hyper-fixation kicked in hard, I did not take that show ending well. It really sucked to me that there was this ultimate world saving hero who spent his life helping everyone and he had no arm and a tin can to show for it. It reminded me of all my really good friends who spend their lives caring for other people when they need them most and the universe never repays them. This is clunky and I’d re-write this but, posterity. If you’ve seen this before, yeah, my fan insta is unrecoverable, it’s me!
