Clarence "Frogman" Henry departe amigablemente con los Beatles. Fue telonero del cuarteto de Liverpool en una gira por Norteamérica en 1964, creo que la segunda que hicieron.

Tres años antes el otro gran éxito del "hombre rana" había sido "But I Do", titulada originalmente “(I Don’t Know Why) But I Do” por su autor Bobby Charles. Fue número 9 en la lista R&B y nº 4 en el Hot 100, otorgándole su segundo gran hit característico. Un número muy al estilo Fats Domino, uno de los grandes favoritos de esta gacetilla.

Por cierto, estoy cansado, harto, de los anuncios en el tubo de Nick Cave. Son una pesadilla.

It’s crazy when people say that the X-men doesn’t have queer themes when they can’t read between the lines about Nightcrawler’s catholic guilt, Angel having to bind his wings, Charles and Erik clearly being implied to be more than close friends or Scott, Jean and Logan being implied to be in a romantic relationship throughout many comics and how so many fans ignore Mystique and Destiny’s complex romance or Gambit’s strong and obviously bisexual vibes and gender nonconformity as well as Iceman and his entire character arc as a mutant in X-men 2 being an queer allegory
