Bnha 168!!!!!!!!!!!
Dang Hori, you put us in edge, dragging us along the hype train by making it seem like Aoyama was the traitor only for you to pull “the power of friendship” card instead.
Tumblr media
Which he did pretty well. Seriously I did not expect this chapter to be so sweet.
I’m just.....so happy, Aoyama is just looking out for the boy, but he’s just so creepy about it.
Tumblr media
Like honestly, Izuku looks like he’s so used to Aoyama’s weirdness that he just blatantly accepts it which is hilarious XD
Tumblr media
But man...this fluff ;A;. I’m glad Izuku could find someone else to relate to in a way. Now we just need him to bond with Shinsou
Tumblr media
Although I do wish Aoyama kinda found out about OFA or something...i think it would’ve made things a little more interesting.
Also, some other good bonus stuff:
UNBREAKABLE RED RIOT!!!!!!!
Tumblr media
THIS IS JUST SO COOL???! I love Mina’s reaction too.
In fact, Mina was just too pure in this chapter
Tumblr media
And I am quite sure Mina and Momo were indirectly telling these two to respect women XD
Tumblr media
Aoyama shitting his pants though.... I wonder if he goes through that all the time...
Tumblr media
So this little monologue between Bakugou and Izuku bothered me a bit though. Don’t get me wrong I’ve been praying for these two to interact since chapter 121, I was even crying to my mutual about how much I wanted them to talk too yesterday lol.
Tumblr media
Although I like the fact that Bakugou has high expectations for Izuku now, I thought Izuku would’ve been stronger by now, or at least acknowledge his strength, I mean...I know it hasn’t been too long since he last fought Bakugou since the internship was just days after the license exam.
Tumblr media
To say “Not at all” sounds like a bit of an exaggeration to me. 20% is still something, and he even though it couldn’t beat Overhaul with it, Izuku was still stronger than he was during his last fight with Bakugou
Tumblr media
Plus he can still whip out 8% too. I don’t know it Izuku is just oblivious to his own strength, or if it’s just low self esteem. Now that I think about it, Izuku downgrades himself a lot more than he should, sure he hasn’t had OFA for more than a year, but he should know that he is NOT where he used to be.
And judging from the way this chapter ended I don;t think hHori will touch this topic anytime soon.
Anyway,  I am happy to announce that I am adopting Aoyama today!!
Tumblr media
He’s such a good boi.

I'm 100% sure that the traitor is Hagakure and here's why
To start off with, something has always struck me as odd ever since I first read/watched bnha. Way back in season one, Tomura Shigaraki disintegrated the school gate and somehow snuck into the school under the cover of the reporters and found out about the class schedule. This always seemed unrealistic to me however. U.A. High is a very secure and sometimes secretive school. I doubt that Shigaraki would have access to a floor plan before hand or even a general idea of where this super specific information should be. Another thing is that it would have had to have been fast, like really fast. The scene where the reporters where on campus only lasted a few minutes before the police appeared. How could he have gotten around the teachers, found the teachers room, found the schedule, and have gotten out in a minimum of ten minutes? He couldn't have. There is no way he would have been able to get inside the main building, no on did. The teachers where keeping everyone at bay. After seeing how the reporters got in the school, the staff immediately recognized that it was the work of a villain. Even thought it wasn't directly stated, if the U.A. Staff thought that a villain had somehow gotten on campus, they no doubt would have checked the security footage. Because they didn't see anything suspicious, they didn't mention it. All of this basically means that Shigaraki didn't get into the building but he still somehow found out about this classified information and soon after, attacked the USJ. This is where Hagakure comes in. She literally could have just followed the teachers into the lounge and heard them talk about it. Even if the teachers are extremely perceptive, she's probably been trained to have extremely quiet breathing and similar stuff to help her sneak around. After she got this informations she could simply walkout to Tomura and whisper it to him. He destroyed the gate so that the sensor wouldn't sense her leaving campus at any point (because instead he would be behind the reporters in the campus) She whispers the schedule to him, and then he walks away and prepares the attack.
The next big point of evidence would obliviously have to be the battle at the USJ. I just rewatched it (and I would recommend you do the same) because it really clears a lot of the students as suspects of begin the traitor. When I was rewatching I thought to myself, "who can't be the traitor." With this in mind I watched the reactions of all the students when they were fighting and most importantly, when All Might showed up. Every student besides Aoyama and Hagakure were cleared of suspicion in my book. Even the extremely theorized characters like Ochako (who started crying tears of joy/relief when AM appeared) and kirishima (who attacked Shigaraki as soon as he was within hitting range) were cleared. Aoyoama was most likely hiding like he did later on in the summer camp arc. The most recent chapter helped show us who he truely is and that is enough for me to safely say it's not him. Now, Hagakure is the only viable suspect left. (Seriously, all the students fought so extremely hard or had extremely positive reactions to All Might's appearance, I really recommend rewatching for yourselves) She said she was with Todoroki the whole time, to which he internally replies that he didn't know she was there and that he could have frozen her. This strikes me as odd though. Considering that she has personally seen what Todoroki could do with his power in the team battle matches, why wouldn't she have warned him. If she had really been teleported to where Todoroki was, the first thing she would have said would be, "Hey, don't freeze me over here Todoroki!" She knows how strong his power can be and she also knows that she's invincible. It wouldn't make sense for her to not inform him of her presence. Another thing I noted, Shigaraki stayed put for most of the fight at the beginning. This part is more of a guess but I think she could have been talking to him the whole time, maybe telling him about Aizawa's quirk. Of course she could have just been teleported somewhere safe, it's not that important.
One other thing I would like to point out before I move onto my last point is that we can never truely grasp how she's feeling or reacting, which is a perfect trait for a spy to have. Because no one can actually see her expressions, no one (us or her classmates) can see her facial reactions to things. This would really make sense as to why no one in their world suspects it's her. From their P.O.V. shes just a happy go lucky school girl/hero. With enough practice, anyone can sound innocent, and all they ever have to go on is her voice.
My final point is that during the attack on the summer camp she passed out due to breathing in the gas, this caused her to stay unconscious for a few days. Not only does this conveniently keep her from having to "fight" the villains herself, but it also kept her unconscious for a few days after. This makes it seem like she is innocent. Why would the villains harm their own spy? And just like that, no one suspects she could be a spy. But it's actually a ruse. They planned for her to go unconscious to clear her of suspicious from the teachers and her classmates.
TLDR: Hagakure has an insane amount of eveidence piled against her and she is most likely out of all her classmates to be the traitor.

I want to say a few words about the recent BNHA chapter, about Aoyama.
Everyone’s pissed off on how like “oh we thought he was the traitor, but he’s not!” and blah blah blah, but you’ve gotta realize that this must’ve been HUGE for Aoyama to say.
Like, we haven’t heard a single word about Aoyama’s belt and why he wears it until NOW, and it’s halfway through the kid’s first school year. As said from my slightly-proven theory here about him, how he doesn’t at all feel like he fits in with everyone else. Until he “finds out” about Midoriya, where as he said, “your quirk doesn’t suit your body”.
Imagine how happy he was when he thought of that. Because in a world where almost everyone’s happy about their quirks and how they fit them, Aoyama must have felt isolated because of his quirk, and how he needs to wear a belt the whole time just to keep it from firing on it’s own.
Aoyama in the end of the chapter, is said by Mina, “Aoyama sure has been in a good mood lately!”, because he feels as if he’s not alone. Even as we the reader know that’s not the case, it makes Aoyama very happy to tell someone about the truth of his quirk.

Is it just me or did Bakugou flinched in the latest chapter while talking to Midoriya ? Usually Midoriya's the one who does that and kinda moves back but nuh-uh..Sure,Midoriya was surprised but he didn't flinch..
OOO BOIII IS THIS WHAT THEY CALL CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT?!
Also I'm glad that Bakugou didn't shout at him too instead he just well..talk normally I suppose..
Am I reading too much into this?
And also THAT smile tho, just makes my day. THANK YOU SENSEI! Or is it too early for a thank you?

That sad moment when Aoyama’s flirting skills were not well received. I expected a lined wicker basket with cheese, crackers and wine with a note, but at least he left some kind of offering...written in cheese. lol. Jk. Aoyama did his best and wants more of your attention Deku! Be his friend...e-even though that was odd. xD
Rest up easy now, Deku, because oh man....you’re likely gonna need it for a storm is gonna hit eventually~
