And to celebrate my shadowban being lifted (finally), I have decided to SHARE this lot (which is part of a larger business complex surrounding the replica of the Eiffel Tower, which I called "the French Circle") that I had been showcasing for quite a bit:

DOWNLOAD the Wheel of Love (SFS)

Donated to the city by the philanthropist Robert Lovington in memory of his lover Miss Emily Brokaheart. The French garden below the wheel was designed by the famous architect George W. American. Warning: extreme altitude, hidden garden gnomes, and too many fountains.

If you encounter a blueflash or something, you may check the cc list for missing mesh. Credits to all the wonderful cc creators, including those not listed there.

Testing and trivia under the cut:

OK, I lied a bit in the description. There is no fountain in the uploaded lot, because... well, too many fountains might crash your game or at least seriously slow it down. So I removed them for your safety. You can add them back as shown in the pictures or in any way you like (I have included the links to the two special fountains I used).

Then I am sure you might be curious: can sims really use the pods and can they climb the wheel?

Well, they sort of can and cannot.

As is shown in the testing picture, the middle-height pods are about the highest places your sims can get by foot. There are ladders and stairways beyond that, but these are blocked so that your sims won't go to these dangerous heights...

In the meantime, the pods have no door, and even if your sims teleport themselves into the pods, they won't be able to take the seat for some reason. However, you can seat your sims on the benches below (near the foundtain squares) and use the "boolprop DormSpecificToolsDisabled False" and "moveobjects" cheats to move their asses into the pods. Pretty neat trick, isn't it?

Finally, we have a "functional" control room on the platform, which does not control the movement of the wheel (of course) but does control the background music!

Emily Prickleback

On a Saturday morning, Jess and Lily were both checking on a sleeping hedgehog when Goldie came in. After taking them to The Friendship Forest, she announced that today was the annual Rushy River Race. It is held every year at Willowtree River. They met their animal friends by the rivers, having picnic lunches.

Afterwards, it was time for the race. The competitors for the race were a beaver family, a turtle family, a duck family, and a frog family. Before they could begin, they met a trio of siblings called, ‘The Prickleback Siblings’. The eldest was Harry, the middle was Herbie, and the youngest was Emily. Emily won her tiara from a puzzle-solving contest. She is very good at puzzles and solving problems. They explained that they wanted Jess and Lily’s help handling their family’s waterwheel home. That way, the race will be at a steady pace.

They were about to join their parents to make the river steady when Grizelda and her Stone Dragon, ‘Dusty’ came in. His new plan was to drive the patrons of The Friendship Forest out with a drought. That way, she can have her own beach to sunbathe in. Dusty immediately turned The Prickleback’s into stone. However, Emily was covered in so many petals, Dusty didn’t notice her and they left. Because of this, the race has been canceled until further notice. Since Harry and Herbie did say Emily is good at figuring things out, they decided to figure out where Grizelda is. Remembering that Dusty wants to sunbathe, they should try the local beach, Coral Cove.

Along the way, they saw a kingfisher family stuck in the mud. Emily immediately recognized them as The Blueflash Family. After getting the cold and damp kingfishers out of the ditch, Emily suggested that they should do a dirt roll to get all the dirt off, and it worked. After explaining to them that they’re looking for Grizelda and/or Dusty, The Blue Flashes flew up to find something moving in the tallest tree of the forest, The Treasure Tree. Emily had a feeling that Dusty might be there.

And sure enough, she was right. It was also there that they met Mr. Cleverfeather, who was testing out his new picking tool. Observing the bananas and coconuts, they could see Dusty sunbathe. They needed a way to show how being wet can be fun. Thinking back to what The Featherbills did to pass the time, they decided to do a water balloon fight.

In Mr. Cleverfeather’s shed, they found his high-soak water balloons. As they were arriving back to The Treasure Tree by hot-air balloon, The Blueflash Family came by to help them as repayment for getting them.

By the time they reached Dusty at The Treasure Tree. Emily slipped and held onto the rope. Luckily, Jess pulled her up in time. Dusty didn’t suspect a thing. On the count of three,

Everyone tossed the water balloons down on Dusty. Feeling the moisture, she felt like having fun. However, Jess and Lily agreed to let her go to Coral Cove like she said before, if she turns Emily’s family back to normal. Dusty agreed.

Dusty turned Emily’s family back to normal and Dusty took off to Coral Cove. The Pricklebacks got busy at The Waterwheel and the Rushy River Race restarted. However, the whole thing came down to a tie. The host decided to declare all the teams winners. Everyone cheered.

Back at the Helping Paws Animal Hospital, a woman came to pick up her pet hedgehog, which was the same hedgehog Jess and Lily nurtured today.
